I like Falulu. She was born without knowing what feelings are or what the world is and she simply wanted to be someone. I found her arc to be really good and it actually made me cry multiple times. A lot of it is about wanting to stop being a passive doll, like how she disobeys Unicorn to find out about the outside world. I like how 0-week-old's lyrics change as Falulu herself changes. She's not my favorite character by any means, but I really like her.
Her relationship with Hibiki is also nice. While definitely not as strong as Hibiki's relationship with Fuwari, I like how she helps Hibiki become a better person. Also this line in the Spring Dream Idol Grand Prix absolutely destroyed me inside, I couldn't stop the tears.

Well, Rei's passive behaviour and the way her personality developed are very much products of her environment and upbringing. Apart from Unicorn telling her what to do, Falulu seems less sheltered and doesn't seem to have trouble expressing herself or being assertive.

Introduced too many new characters, resulting in none of them getting any real development, the exception being Reina mostly. The AD characters return but Aira is the only MARs that sees any important involvement in the plot. First 30 episodes also drag on a bit. It's also a bit of a tonal departure from AD.
I don't think (most) people hate DmF, but it's low tier Pretty.

I thought is was fine. My gripe was the fact there were way too many characters with nothing to do. So many characters all of which had no significant role to plot and really didn't need to be there. Then some songs were used for about 12 episodes straight, only in the second half did they get a whole bunch of new songs with the introduction of mixed units. Other than that it was a very typical sequel with new songs and a continuation of AD story line.

Upon closer inspection you see that there is a stove top and an oven, I'm guessing the oven would have had a stove top too but then there would be too many stove tops and ovens. The stove seems to have 2 cooking surfaces? Maybe 3? I have never seen a stove top with just 3 surfaces on it.
Poor Reina would have been the 4th member of the carrot cutting team but I guess the animators noticed this and gave some potatoes instead and recolored her carrots white.
Also that area of the counter where Hye In and Paku are is huge, you could have fit all the girls on that area and didn't need the island.
