Season one is decent. It starts out strong but the last story arc sucks because it feels rushed as fuck. I feel like this is one of these novels that could've been more impactful had it not been adapted by JC Staff, because from what I heard the novels are actually great and still thriving (both Familia Myth and Sword Oratoria).

She's like the main girl so they always have a chance. That being said Bell is firmly in the "Ais only" route unless the other girls can convince him to go harem.

Sword Oratorio is actually centered around the blond chick but the adaption made it so the lesbian elf gets more focus which ended up making the anime overall disliked. You're honestly better off reading the manga version which has her making more expressions and being cuter overall.

I can back up the manga recommendation. While Aiz is a bit stoic the anime really overdid it with the "emotionally dull autist" thing. In the Light Novel she is a lot more expressive, especially in the Sword Oratoria ones which show that she is almost as much of an awkward spaz as Bell at times.

The manga does a much better job of showing that. And it does portray the Bell/Lefiya dynamic a lot better, while not giving the latter too much attention.

Back when Danmachi was airing and peope were drawing their comparisons I watched a bit of SAO and Kirito was basically the opposite of Bell, at least for the 3 or 4 episodes I managed to sit though.

Author is a bad writer who ruins his story by having Bell's familia keep up with Bell despite not having the same physical strength and stats as Bell.

The familia should only be grinding in the upper levels to be honest except for Bell. I have a hard time believing members like Lili can keep up with Bell since the dungeon becomes larger in size the deeper you go.
