I assume you're referring to the hard mode offering crystals? Is there actually a method for unlocking them through crystals though or do you just hoard them until you potentially draw them.

EOP here, it's asking what age you are, and that looks like a date of brith string. Just put in your birth year followed by the month, with no slashes in between. There are limits on spending depending on your age, so if that bothers you make sure you put a birth year in that would be over 20 years old.
