Dumbbell squats

This shit is drawn completely wrong. In every squat, no matter if it's a quarter/half/full, the bar should always be parallel to the soles of your feet so you can maintain your center of gravity aka balance. If you don't then you will injure yourself.

Also, it's recommended to squat with your knees slightly pivoted outwards to make it easier for your to maintain your balance. I'm disappointed the mangaka never mentioned this.

Luckily for spines everywhere, doing this with a free bar is impossible due to the center of gravity being behind your feet. You can still go to snap city on the smith however, so please learn proper form Yea Forums bros. Nothing kills gains like an injury.

With very very light weights. Mostly focused on shoulder/back/chest and stretches with a trainer atm to see what I can and can’t do. Until a month in I couldn’t lift my arms straight up and still have some difficulty. Entire spine except part of neck and lower back are fused and something like 27 screws and two rods. Shoulders and chest never formed in teens because of the disease fucking my back causing 110degree curvature. I can’t even lay down flat because my head isn’t parellel to my back even now so anything with a bench doesn’t really work.
Still working towards a healthier life luckily I was never more than skinny fat just lanky and uncoordinated. I’ll never be super muscled however because my back wouldn’t be able to handle it probably.
