When the Monogatari stories were originally released as novels, the Kizu novel was released following the Bake novel
The movies were intended to be released following the Bake anime but production issues caused them to get delayed to 2016/17
They're intended to be watched after Bake

What said. The story is built around that order and watching Kizu after the finale of Bake (and before Nise) is much more fulfilling both thematically and emotionally.

Here's the general order: Bake -> Kizu -> Nise -> Neko:Kuro -> Second Season -> Hana -> Tsuki -> Owari -> Koyomi -> Owari S2 -> Zoku Owari
