Not sure about that. If we take Cracker's feats into account, Cracker can probably stall him for hours, maybe even days. Keep in mind that Cracker has much superior haki compared to Doflamingo, his defenses are much higher, and his stamina feats of fighting for 12 hours are far above anything Doflamingo has shown. The problem is that Doflamingo would need to get through the biscuit soldiers, a feat that took Luffy's Gear Fourth to accomplish - and that's simply a force beyond Doflamingo's level capabilities.

Jack could fight for weeks, and just wouldn't go down. I don't see Doflamingo doing any damage to him, this might just be a stalemate.
Vista, I'm not sure. We saw him fight with Mihawk a bit and attack Akainu, but nothing much we can use to gage him.
Queen runs a train on Doffy, for similar reasons to Jack. Insane durability due to being a zoan. And while we don't have any speed feats for him, we know that he is very nimble, so pulling the "Doflamingo is faster" card is not really an option until proven so.
We haven't seen Smoothie do jackshit, except block some hit by Reiju.
