The counter-argument to this is that WMD such as nuclear warheads will be an inevitable technological milestone in-universe. What Paradiscucks are ignoring is the versatility of such strong weapon. There are hundreds of thousands of Eldians who can be sent off undercover into different major enemy cities or military bases and be turned into Colossal Titans. This is a power far, far worse than any hydrogen bomb we have invented in our modern world.

Being an Eldian essentially means you CANNOT be free and are entirely dependent on your country's ruler.
There have been more than 150 holders of the FT, but NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM has improved the populus' intelligence or creativity to benefit the race as a whole. Everyone was just cattle playing along the King's wishes.

If you're assuming that EVERY single drop of royal blood will extinguish after the death of Historia's line, then there is still the unpredictably stupid powers of Ymir who is probably going to place royal blood into some idiot through PATHS. Remember that titan powers are inherited by random babies if they're not eaten by other titans. It wouldn't be too farfetched to think that Ymir will somehow reintroduce royalty who can make use of these powers.

All of this STRONGLY suggests that Karl Fritz specifically tinkered with the Founding Titan in order to create a failsafe that overrides the individual will of those in his bloodline after him. We also know that genetic experiments regarding titans were conducted, one result of which being the Ackerman family. As to the "How" you wanted, that may have something to do with it. Especially given how willing he was to manipulate the memories of countless others before his death.
Obviously we don't know all the details yet, but the evidence we have points to Karl Fritz using some means to impose his ideology by force.

What was the last thing Eren wanted? To sacrfice Historia. Was does it mean to sacrifice Historia? For her to become a breeding sow and to pass on the beast titan every 13 years. So would it make sense for Historia to pregnant with a random stranger just to keep Zeke alive? No, that's not something Eren would want. It's obvious that Eren was the one who impregnated Historia because they probably love eachother to a certain degree, but at the least they trust eachother.
So here would be the timeline of event:
>Eren meets up Yelena who tells him about the plan to "euthanize" all Eldians which he obviously didn't agree with, but he faked his agreement instead
>Goes to Historia to explain the situation, make a bit of love and leave behind a child so the military won't sacrifice Zeke the moment he stepped on the island

>Eren goes to Marley to pick up Zeke
>They return to Paradise, Eren gets locked up
>Hange tells Eren that they still plan to sacrifice Historia because they haven't found another way which results in Eren getting angry which was probably part of the act

The only possible reveal is Eren being the father. Farmer being the father isn't a reveal, it's the surface assumption. If you're saying there's a mystery about who's the father, then you're saying there needs to be a reveal about it, in which case it means it will be Eren.
I think Eren being the father makes sense from a character PoV. It's the final nail in the coffin of his opposition to Zeke, and Historia makes sense as she's the one that gave him hope before in the cave, which pushed him away from a dead end resolution like Zeke has.

Armin came back after running some errands only to find Eren still up.
“Does Historia’s story bother you?”
Judging from his childhood friend’s expression, he sensed something alarming. An emotion similar to anger, directed at a world which was beyond his control, an emotion he had no outlet for.
“I’m not a hero or anything like that”
“We all know that. But, you’re still fighting, aren’t you”
“I’m just fighting for my own sake… Destroying the enemy, in order to be free…”
What motivates Eren is the longing for freedom, and his anger towards those he can’t forgive.
Armin and co, everyone from the Survey Corps did sympathize with him and fight alongside him, but can we really call it something universal?
“I believe your freedom and that of everyone inside the walls are connected, Eren. Do you think otherwise?”
“…I wonder”
In that moment, Armin felt that Eren’s eyes, more distant the ocean itself, were gazing at the limits of the night sky.
