Nothing substantial to my knowledge. I also wouldn't waste those hours on a rewatch when there's so many better animes you probably haven't watched you to fill that time.

Always choose BD. Animation mistakes made during the hectic weekly release schedule are always fixed by the studio for the BD release.

I don't watch One Piece but its common for studios to release mediocre work when they're falling behind schedule and animate those scenes again for the BDs.

I watched the TV version when it aired and I remember seeing some "quality" scenes and weird animation. Pretty sure it was fixed in the BD.

No it isn't. "Animes" isn't a word, the plural of anime is anime. Jojo vs Jojo's is a matter of localization as the " 's " is the only way to display possession in English and thus "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" is the English title and not "Jojo (no) Bizarre Adventure"
