Stop deleting the threads you fucks, it's manga and anime. Deal with the fit posting since that's what it's about.
Do not go to the gym, just lift something heavy, squat normally, push ups, situps, reverse situps, wrestling, swinging a weapon, throwing balls. Gym is a jewish money scheme that has been infiltrated by sluts and whores.
>enter a thread whose topic anime/manga is explicitly about girls going to the gym to get fit >be shocked and apalled that people ITT are discussing how they-like the girls-also go to the gym to get fit Do you whine about /ck/ posts in cooking anime?
>do anything she can to advertise her first gig. l-lewd
Xavier Wright
I go to the gym regularly, I have one at work so try again. Yeah there are tutorials but that doesn't mean the thread on Yea Forums is to talk about your own experiences, go blog elsewhere faggot.
Colton Kelly
Ironic how this was completely different for the hiking anime threads. Why do you hate lifting so much?
Evan Brooks
an anime that gives people anorexia?
AWESOME!
Samuel Ross
Artist is not Raika.
Zachary Bailey
>TAGS >tomboy >abs >muscle >gyaru >tanlines OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH BOY
Stop making assumptions. I don't hate lifting, in fact it's good to get exercise. I hate crossboarders thinking it's okay to talk about general bullshit about their lives when that's not what this board is for.
Jeremiah Smith
I'm looking forward to the [mind break] when Akemi has her protein shakes laced with drugs and semen
Isaac Hughes
>Do you whine about /ck/ posts in cooking anime? No majority talks about what they've cooked or what recipes they should try out in any Shokugeki or even Isekai Shokudou anime thread. Please point me to any examples and I'll be gladly proven wrong.
You're right! It's about filling up threads with posts pointlessly whinging about other users. Don't worry too much Baka-chan. As we get more lewd images of the girls posted into these threads, I'm sure that they'll start going the same road as Illya threads. Where anons blogpost about how they IMAGINE the girls smell.
Brandon Howard
mirin'
Austin Jackson
>The VA for Hibiki is trying really, really hard to do anything she can to advertise her first gig. And it's great. She is even fat.
Daniel Martin
She's outright emphatic about this show, it's pretty great. She and AMAMIYA, Akemi's VA, even put out a magazine article of them exercising together.
People are really pumped about this show, it's fantastic to see.
I'm stoked. I'm looking over the the Japanese twitter, just searching for "ダンベル何キロ持てる" and people are non-stop hype. Tons of folks coming from out of nowhere recommending it to folks because they like it so much. The audience out there seems genuinely interested in seeing this.
And the VAs are all really happy to be a part of this, I'm reading. It's Ai Fairouz' first big gig (she's the MC for crying out loud), Amamiya is learning a lot with how invested the producers are and she's having a great time, Ishikawa is also excited to be promoting his own lifestyle...and even the producers themselves are giving HUGE favors to the cast; they're outright letting Hibiki and Machio's VAs SING THE OP AND ED.
This is a show that's being really, really, really nice to its staff and cast.
As opposed to other Yea Forums threads that are completely plot focused and never about tangential things such as what the female characters' butts smell like.
Nicholas Howard
Why pay attention to such faggotry? Why bring even bring it up? Why further shit up the threads even more?
Charles Anderson
This is exactly like when Working was airing and all the threads had more wagecuck blogposting than actual discussion of the show.
Enjoy your shitty threads full of normalfags, faggots.
Benjamin Mitchell
she looks very similiar to that group of nee-sans who gave the graphics cards
Ryan Young
Because it's inevitable
Jonathan Jackson
>Noooo stop enjoying things in a manner I don’t approve of. You could also fuck off.
Christopher Sanchez
It's just one thread. You don't have to read it. Is it really that bad, especially if people are interested in discussing it?
Camden Ortiz
Better than non-animr crossboarder bullshit
Joseph Green
? Hibiki's a gyaru, are you mentioning she's a gyaru? I don't know what you're referencing.
Just fucking ignore it. Why the fuck is that so hard? Everyone on Yea Forums this kind of thing: paying attention to stupid tangential political bullshit that only shits up the conversation and just makes everybody mad. It's fucking annoying
Joshua Stewart
>instead of having a thread full of /fit/ posting lets have thread full of complaining about /fit/ posting Are you really sure this is better?
Bentley Cooper
That's the point
Zachary Ortiz
I'm excited for all the new reaction images and webms this show is going to bring and I'm definitely gonna do my part, holy cow you better believe it
I don't remember people complaining about /out/ posting while Yuru Camp was airing. Overweight Yea Forumsnons just don't like the reality that being /fit/ and watching seasonal anime aren't mutually exclusive.
Chase Edwards
I wonder if Sandrovich will ever introduce a loli who's interested in healthy living?
It would be cool of Doga Kobo to sneak Kamoi lifting in the background at the very least.
Joshua Gray
There's all kinds of characters he can (and probably will) introduce, yeah.
There's a rival to Akemi that has been introduced already (raws are about 4 months ahead of the scanlation) who's basically her except tsundere-angry-clumsy.
Fucking unathletic cry babies this is a show about working out what the fuck is wrong with you. MOst of whole appeal of the discussions is to compare if the tips are legit.
Lucas Anderson
I'm 100% on board with a fit loli appearing, holy shit I never even though about that
Tutorials don't warrant talking about your gym experience. Entire thread of off-topic posting, good stuff desuarchive.org/a/thread/190064587
Kevin Ross
Report any of this blatant trolling, user. Just ignore it, report it, and don't respond to it. It's violating Global Rule #3 - Trolling outside of Yea Forums It's spamming/flooding It's off-topic to tell other people to go to another board when discussing the topic It's inciting a flamewar between boards It's low-quality If we can make it the rule to simply ignore shitposting, as blatant as it is, it makes it all the more obvious and quick to be resolved via moderation.
Instead, ask questions about the show! Ask questions about the manga! Discuss if the tips are legit or not! Discuss who your favorite wheyfu is! Compare it to other fitness-related manga/anime! Post about hopes and dreams for the show! Add cute girls to your post that are also fit and healthy! Improve the quality of Danberu threads!!
>see PVs Oh boy I bet this will be a hit on Yea Forums >see threads This is awful. Why do you people have to be like this?
Gavin Taylor
/fit/ crossboarders can't go a day without trying to push their shit on everybody, but you should have known that by now. It happens every time something remotely related pops up.
Andrew Stewart
I'd really like to know all the places I can download HQ video of this show. I don't even know who's streaming it, let alone who's subbing it. And I think the official sources are uploading digital versions to their streaming services, like, a week after over-the-air broadcasts.
Anyone know where to watch this??? It's gonna air in, like, 20 hours.
>they're outright letting Hibiki and Machio's VAs SING THE OP AND ED Isn't that completely standard? The vast majority of series I watch have the seiyuu do at least one of them and often both. Them promoting the series is also pretty much part of their job. Also plenty of seiyuu have debuted as the MC and then completely disappeared so it isn't always a good sign.
Joshua Thomas
Cry some more. Farooz is great in this. She sounds really familiar to another VA I.e. Fino from the devil daughter gets a Walmart job.
Sebastian Murphy
Lurk for two years before posting
Daniel Rivera
Yea Forums never skips wrist day 50,000 reps
Joshua Rivera
The Japanese audience agrees with you on this; they think she fits the "gyaru, little bit outcast, what she likes weightlifting???" sort of character perfectly. She's actually getting a better review and a pass on normally disliked thing because she's half-Egyptian. And, yeah, she's singing the OP & ED. She's probably going to win some "Best New VA" award or something.
You've actually got me wondering how many tugs it takes now. Maybe I'll try counting later.
Adrian Reyes
Fuck off r9k
Cooper Richardson
>Gym is a jewish money scheme This, plus don't eat shit and expect to not look like it.
But I thought the japs were anti muscle because they associate them with bulky gay guys and unfeminine girls, what the fuck?
John Green
No one has been blogging you colossus faggot. I’ve seen at worst some fags lamenting gainz. Christ you are shitting up a thread with you fucking faggotry
Jordan Johnson
Most VAs are capable of singing and do stuff, yeah off the top of my head, Haruhi is practically globally famous for it but I don't know if it's necessarily standard. I'm more amazed MACHIO'S voice actor is singing the OP, too. And he's not the "kei" visual or bishie type or rock type either, so it's not like there's promotion involved by doing so.
Fucking retarded. There is constant none anime shitposting on this board. But you’re focusing on cross boarding in a thread about a /fit/anime/manga. Go lube up your ass and show your dragon dildo up it and orgasm you homo and relax and enjoy the banter and show. If you are such a faggot you can’t then don’t browse the threads
Andrew Evans
You’re the one that’s derailing the thread and shitposting. I hate autistic retards like you
Austin Bennett
I don't remember where I read the statistic, but while the U.S. has ~13% "fitness culture" which is generally regarded as action heroes or bros, and seen positively, Japan only has ~2% and generally seen as queer. So, yeah, you're mostly right. But, times are changing slowly, and we'll see if this show influences anything among the youth of Japan.
Thomas Hill
Fang gyaru, I'm sold
Ryder Price
Doba kobo anime of the season? though competition with Dr stone
Andrew Nelson
When Yea Forums feels threatened by /fit/ because they didn't jump on the IRONMODE bandwagon back when demi-chan aired. Had this shit on my tentative watch list, but I'll probably be picking it up. Doga Kobo does good shit so why not.
Ian Bennett
>but I don't know if it's necessarily standard Of the ~20 Doga Kobo series I've watched I think it's only 2 of them that doesn't have them do at least one. From what I've seen the last time that happened was Plastic Memories in 2015. The same seems to be true of most of the SoL type shows I watch.
Brody Gray
She's the MC and you'll see her >chubby >thin >muscular >bulking >morbidly obese >comically muscular >bikinis >one-piece >uniforms >gym clothes >lewd clothes And with a billion expressions. You'll get to see fang gyaru watching action flicks as her hobby, chowing down on every food imaginable, hanging out with hyper-fit gyaru boxing bff, machojou president deuteragonist, cosplay christmas cake sensei and lusting after bishie-but-also-bodybuilding trainer. It's great.
Ever seen pictures of the world's strongest kid? Creepy as fuck.
Isaac Bennett
it's more about the homosexual shorts that no self respecting male would ever wear, but alright
Logan Johnson
what about best girl russian muscle weeb
Ryder White
why is he dressed like hard gay?
Justin Williams
I love how, in Volume 1, Machio's felxplosions are shocking and the girls do not know wtf to do whenever they see it. By Volume 2, the main girls are telling him to knock it off while newer girls are equally startled as in the beginning. By Volume 4, basically everyone is used to it and marginally comment on it as he uses it for even more gags. By Volume 7, he's nude basically all the time and they don't even notice it, some even starting to enjoy the expressive and sincere nature of it.
This manga has SO MUCH going on in the little details and the worldbuilding and the character interactions it's a blast to read and re-read and re-re-read. So many jokes, so many references, you start seeing more and more.
is this anime actually about health and fitness? might pick up if true
Michael Taylor
For the humor. If it was a dude in a tracksuit or something professional, the nature of the commercial wouldn't be as obvious. By making him SEI SEI SEI, people can watch, laugh and not be confused or feel guilty; he's a joke.
I am both happy and also surprised that there are a lot of people in Japan really excited for this anime I thought most of Japan doesn’t like muscle girls and want all of their waifus to be soft-bodied I am sad though that I will have to wait several episodes to see Gina’s sexy toned tummy
My favorite part about the show is how accurately it mimics real life fitness shitposting, I've been lifting and browsing /fit/ for like 5 years now and it makes me laugh so hard because of how it's literally what everyone goes through as they get more experience on /fit/ and lifting; like being able to eat 6000 Cals is seen as a gift, hating machines dogmatically until based gymbro shows you how they're helpful, slowly becoming homoerotic and mirin well developed men instead of curvy women It just takes me back to all the shit I went through when I first started
Mason Turner
>"it's manga and anime" >Goes into an unrelated /fit/, /pol/ and /r9k/ rant
Man, all of those steroids really did a number on your brain
Jayden Nelson
>he doesn't filter threads he doesn't like average Yea Forums user detected
Dylan Parker
Bingo! Every single chapter, the girls learn a new exercise and/or health tip to help them lose weight or gain strength all while having a fun time and enjoying life and hobbies. It's very lighthearted comedy slice-of-life manga that makes sure to be instructional and accurate, marketed to the most beginner of beginners.
>hating machines dogmatically You can tell Sandrovich knows all about western gym culture, it's fantastic. It's really satisfying when you know the author is writing about something he knows about, and it's because he enjoys it.
It's like when you find out one of your friends is into the same niche hobby you are and you spend hours talking about all its quirks, it makes me so happy
Is this going to give me actual good advice? I'm already trying to get fit but will this animu teach me anything
Justin Myers
The advice is good. The advice is basic.
It's a show designed around introducing, and I mean fully introducing, complete beginners into going to the gym to perform some basic lifts. There's some stretching tips, diet tips, but most of it (when it comes to advice) is about: >what exercise will train what group >how to perform that exercise safely >the results if consistent, regular training is maintained There's more to know about an exercise than "pull" or "push as hard as you can until you can't." This manga helps that while trying to make the serious instruction set in the most humorous environment. It will even go out of its way to show you that "true beginners" can barely do any of the lifts at hardly any weight and you do not need to feel ashamed at all about it, even when absurd Machio-level bodybuilders might be present at the gym. You'll get better and, frankly, they'll probably help you.
