Diver Down's "entire" power is not the ability to phase through things.

Diver Down puts itself inside of things in such a way that other Stands cannot mimic. It can store things like its own kinetic force inside of an object. Furthermore, it can be loaned out to people and absorb damage in their stead.

Also, the ability to rearrange things freely is not something that other stands can do.

Why? Stone Ocean wasn't.

Okay, first of all Stone Ocean is slow as hell.

Second of all, it's probably one of the most important parts of the story next to Parts 1 and 3 for introducing Dio and introducing DIO and Stands.

You can say what you want about Stone Ocean or dislike it if you dislike it, but it actually continues the overarching plot thread of Dio Brando and the curse he's inflicted upon the Joestar bloodline.

Anyone who doesn't put Battle Tendency last shouldn't be trusted.
