I personally find Annie and Armin's twisted dynamic way more interesting than Annie and Eren's. Since this is SnK, both relationships are messed up in their own way, but with Annie and Eren I have never gotten the feeling that they are on equal footing. Their relationship is always framed in the "mentor-student" perspective, where one individual inherently wields more power and knowledge over the other, and that imbalance is something I find off-putting.
With Armin and Annie, I kinda enjoy the weird mixture of respect and apprehension that they seem to hold for each other. They are such polar opposites in most regards (one is a talented fighter and the other is more of a bookworm) but both of them are so very mentally sharp. The idea of Armin suspecting Annie since Trost, Annie knowing Armin was suspicious of her for months, and both of them just dancing around each other the entire FT arc was so amazing. In a way, despite them being on opposite sides of the war, it highlighted just how vulnerable and scared both of them are. Annie never wanted to kill Armin, since she had feelings for him, and Armin never wanted to confront the reality that the FT was someone that he loved and wanted to trust. In another world, I think they could have been happy lovers.

on a side note, Kruger could have learned the truth for himself but didn't even bother. or perhaps he did, and deliberately kept it from Grisha and hoped that Grisha wouldn't bother figuring it out himself. If the ultimate truth was that Eldians really are wicked, then Grisha might have been ultimately hesitant to Kruger's plan, even at the end.

Not when they touched in the cave nor at the ceremony at least, since Historia only unlocked her own memories of Frieda without seeing what Eren saw. That being said, what happened when she killed her dad and more recently with the paths letter bullshit does open the possibility that Historia is capable of seeing shifters or titans' memories under certain circumstances we don't know about yet. If she kept experimenting with Eren over the timeskip or if they fucked I expect some memories sharing to have taken place.

The Marleyans claim that the Eldians made contact with the 'Devil of the Earth'. We also see a small girl molding Zeke's body with earth to rebuild his limbs beneath the Paths, so there might be some credence to that. Still, given the titan connection to sunlight and that their bodies are normally conjured via lightning strikes (at least in the anime) implies to me that it might be more of a sun god that the Marleyans are trying to besmirch, akin to Gwyn from the Souls series or something with his sunlight bolts. Like him, however, it's entirely possible that said deity isn't too fond of humanity.

No. Partial transformation has happened multiple times in the story with Eren, in Trost, during the experiments right before the Female Titan expedition, with Bort who only half formed his titan on top of the Wall, heck you can even count Annie if you consider the Lost Girls OVA canon. And you didn't adress or refute anything I said. The only two times we saw him manifest those marks even though no transformation happened were with Dinah and Hange, and no titan powers were used there.

I'll give you that it's possible he really was about to unleash something on Hange though, which kinda feel bad for her considering she had the best approach out of all the people who tried to talk to him.
