How the hell did King Crimson even attack Narancia and sabotage Mista's gun?
I thought his power is simply to forecast the future and reposition himself according to the situation and then attack right after the duration of his power ends? That's why you can counter him with the blood drip to dodge his attack as soon as you noticed the time skip.
King Crimson dodging Mista's bullets while chasing Requiem makes sense, but he can actually attack things while skipping time? that's just bullshit and inconsistent.

Narancia was going to die by Diavolo and he deletes that so no one saws the moment he killed him. It deletes time in that part but it still happens, nobody except Diavolo knows what happened in that time, that's why it seems instantaneous to Polnareff or Giorno as they see time "skip"
