Those hard-to-place Eight Dragons just seems to be various really strong dragon types. Can't place them in mythology, myself. Devourer of the Nine Realms is also apparent.

On a more serious note: it's borderline guaranteed. Ask yourself why Isekai Quartet exists. It exists for the sole purpose of building hype around the four series. Overlord has the biggest (and by extension probably most expensive) cast of the four shows involved. On top of that Isekai Quartet is guaranteed to get a second season. Why would Kadokawa waste so much money bringing Overlord back into the public conscience if they aren't planning to do anything with it? I'd buy it if Ainz were the only character in Isekai Quartet, then he'd just be there to fill the hole. But as it stands, we're going to almost certainly get SOMETHING related to Overlord. S4 seems viable.
