Hina will have a tragic death, on her last few minutes of life she will show Natsuo her rings and tell him that she always loved him. This will leave Natsuo mentally broken. But Rui then will be there to heal his wounds.

I also think that Natsuo wont be with Miyabi since the relationship would mean the last arc of the story. All that would be left would be for Natsuo to dump her over Hina or Rui.

it would force things to be resolved instead of simply leaning in and developing them. such as the friends and family who have yet find out about Natsuo dating both sisters, it would force the rings Hinas kept being adressed/exposed to Natsuo, it will make Ruis feelings on Natsuo more toxic and force her into the arms of chef/alex instead of actually falling for one, it will ignore Natsuos novel career.
those things can be resolved less predictably and rushed without Natsuo dating Miyabi. otherwise its issue after issue in their relationship to make them breakup

i originally wanted to see Miyabi dating Natsuo, but after binging the series again i think them dating this late in the story feels like it would cause a mess of things since its obvious it wont last and the reason of the breakup would be sister related, forcing things to be resolved too quickly.
