With Ochako, Tsuyu, Mina, and Invisitits, the problem is lack of screentime, not competence.

With Jirou the problem is she's a fujo self-insert to the point the takeaway from her focus chapter is "Bakugou is awesome I should be like him."

With Momo the problem is that the dialogue hypes her up as a super genius, but she regularly shits the bed or has to be hard carried in class exercises. It doesn't work.
