Do I just keep drawing, I dont see any difference after months of doing that.

Keep drawing, but every time you draw make an effort on improving at least one thing. It also helps to try to incorporate things that you don't normally draw, like backgrounds or certain materials like glass. If you keep challenging yourself eventually you'll get better and become more well rounded at drawing.

I hope you weren't expecting a replication of Asanagi quality.

There's so much you can do. Drawing and objectively considering everything you're doing is the best way to learn, but it's not always pragmatic to do that. If it were that easy to recognize your failures as soon as you made them, everyone would master everything faster!

Just, make sure when you draw, you're thinking about things. Trying to understand why things are drawn certain ways in art you like. Regard the virtual forms, think how light works when coloring/shading, etc.

But draw efficiently. Tackle subjects that you're weak in and do studies. Then apply what you have learned from them in drawings. Also follow artists that draw stuff you find appealing and see how they do things. Also also, eventhough it's anime don't symbol draw. Try to find the gesture, then construct the figure. Shortcutting before knowing how to do it properly will always be noticeable and encourages bad habits that are hard to break later on. And don't hide hands or feet.
