Which is it? My biggest problem with Isekai's is the protags usually just pave through everything and it always just falls into their lap, if Bell doesn't struggle at all then I likely will deem it shit on the spot.

One concept I've never understood is why people want Accel's brain damage to get healed. A huge part of his character is being linked with the Clones to further push the point that he has to rely on them now and they him. It's like an unspoken act of kindness between them and Accelerator that I'm sure drives some of his guilt. And it seems further reinstated that he feels them and is always with them in NT22.
Him healing his brain damage would take away from his character, at the very least, if it's not done without proper closure of acceptance and moving on.

He’s been in this state since the fifth volume, healing his brain would actually work as a way to finally see payoff for his character development. Also, anyone who’s kept up with the series knows the reasoning behind his nerf rings hollow now. That combined with the unsavory arguments our MC and the story have used lately should realistically lead up to some sort of exploration or subversion. Besides, using his nerf as a crutch to maintain his redemption arc is unnecessary and powerlevels are ignored half of the time.

I wouldn't say it rings hollow since it had a lot of narrative value for him in NT22, but with Will's speech to Qliphah about showing him a path away from the clones it would make sense for sometime down the road for him to make a recovery, at the very least, at the end of the story.
But I've kinda always preferred him with the nerf because the collar itself is really cute.

I understand why Kamachi regrets not fitting LO there, though there’s regression from Will considering her dialogue in NT10. But the point is there should be progression in the novels as a whole as well as individual characters if revelations like that are being made, and that progress doesn’t end with Touma’s development either.

How is there regression or spit on it? It was pretty in character for Will to prioritize Kamijou's safety while also acknowledging Accelerator's own growth. It's likely seeing him grow from someone other than the clones meant that he had found a compatible partner that he could trust that could guide him away from a path of guilt.

There’s no acknowledgement that Accelerator’s acceptance of Qliphoth is exactly what she asked him to achieve with the clones. Instead, before she even talks directly to him, she calls him a criminal and say he didn’t learn his lesson.

I think you missed the entire point of Will's speech where she acknowledged that the acceptance will keep him running in circles. Her whole point was that it didn't have to be about the clones and he could progress as his own person to pay the proper respects. Being guilt ridden all his life and trying to 'make up for things' would get him nowhere so Will clearly had a revelation of wanting him to break the vicious cycle. Granted it wasn't super fleshed out, but I'm sure there will be more scenes to flesh out this new path of development for more context. Kamachi himself said she's an unfaithful hypocrite to begin with, so it's likely she has some personal bias mixing up her words here and there.

That's not exactly how Mina went. It was more about her physiology. Imagine the vectors go into her fist but since her body is a Grimoire, her skin could basically warp itself to cushion the vectors and warp around it to even possibly divert it as many times as necessary before it can get through. Of course by then there is barely much of a force getting through and Accel will just look at you without a scratch but it was basically changing her physiology to match the redirection. You can even think of it similar to Coronzon's needle hair where it barely diverted the force of the reflection. Not so much a factor of 'outdoing his calculation" since that method is extremely contextual.

There's no way Accelerator could survive. It also makes no sense either. "I'm smarter so I can punch you" has no grounds and makes no sense. She could've been employing an Amata backdoor since she /was/ Thoth Tarot and I wouldn't be surprised if she knew his ability in and out, but that would just mean her context is even more specific and unlikely to happen.

Yes, we know how his ability works, so we should absolutely know the reason specifically why someone can just tackle him anyways despite the reflection still happening.
