Get a small bike machine for cardio if you don't want to bike outside bc you are a NEET. They hurt less than running psychologically and you can watch shit while doing them. Seriously, just sell your fucking couch and bike while watching TV instead. You'll lose a shit ton of weight. In terms of arms and shit, do stuff that hurts like planks and mountain climbers. Throw in rapid squats and push ups, and you have yourself a circuit.

If you eat like a fucking pig and do cardio you aren't going to lose weight- but if you eat like a normal person and do cardio you are going to drop. Two years ago I dropped from 130 to 120 within months from just doing suicides and sprinting in place.

Get a set of adjustable dumbbells. Chinese ones go up to 200lbs for fairly cheap on amazon.

Chest flys
incline press
Lunges
Step ups
romanian deadlift
Bicep curls
Shrugs
Tricep flys
Farmers walk

And so many fucking more. Just google dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. But you should really invest in a gym membership not only because it opens up a bigger world for you bud despite what gym bros will tell you cardio is incredibly important for the human body. If you are scared of what people think don't be. No one in the gym cares. I lost 160lbs user, you can too.

Running an hour a day is unnecessary for modern man, and you're right diet is much more important for weight loss and general health, but cardio is an important part of a weekly workout.
