The number of people under the influence of 『 Sweepstakes』is signified by the number of good luck symbols on its left arm, which help it transfer the drained luck to its user. When the victim's luck has been completely drained, they become zombielike, protecting the user while still gambling away their life savings. 『 Sweepstakes』 may return the victim's luck at any time by touching them with its left hand, reverting any effects. The roulette wheel on its back can be used as a shield and as a weapon, increasing its durability to A but decreasing its speed to E. 『 Sweepstakes』 cannot choose to not drain someone's luck or return it to them when touching someone with its hands, so it often only uses its right hand or roulette wheel when fighting.

Has the ability to chose any animal and increase their intelligence based on how intelligent they already are within the animal kingdom. An ant would become a potato, but a chimp would become Einstein-tier smart. Effected animals can become smarter than me/know things I don't.

I can converse freely with the animals and can convince them to do my bidding but unless our goals are aligned, my ability to convince them is inversely proportional to their gained intelligence. Only one animal can be effected at a time, the stand has no range limitations and the effects only end when I release them.

Ability: can manipulate the luck of targets within 10m of the user. To compensate for it's lack of power, this stand could change the tide of battle literally by luck. Once a target is within the area of effect, the user could use the stand to gain the target's luck as their own. They could either amplify their own luck or switch lucks with the target. Unfortunately, this stand isn't able to differentiate between good and bad luck, so there is a chance it may backfire. This is where it gets a little complicated: if CotC chooses to switch lucks with a target, the user's original luck will be transferred to someone else at random (on a global scale). For example: if the user happened to have shitty luck such as getting into an accident in the near future, they could take their target's luck and their original luck will be sent to someone else, who will then suffer equal/more bad luck. Same goes with good luck, if the user happened to absorb bad luck. This stand is useful for stealth attacks and/or fleeing, but would provide a great boost if paired with a stand of a more destructive power.

「Get Lucky」
User can instantly drain the luck of anything his stand touches, the longer the contact, the more luck is drained.
Once a potential victim is drained of all their luck improbable to impossible events that can instantly kill them begin happening, such as being struck multiple times by lightning, being hit by a car despite being inside a building, or being eaten by a shark while on the toilet.
The stolen luck can either be given to the user, passed onto another person, or placed into an object and making it "lucky".
Sometimes can pick up a person's bad luck if they Lack any good luck.

「Infestation」
A Colony Stand that takes the form of hundreds upon thousands of insects. The Stand seeks out things the user desires or deems valuable, like a sentimental object or expensive jewelry. Once infested, anyone who touches these objects will be attacked by the stand, which burrows out of the infested object to crawl inside of the person touching it - this ability does not work on any user of the stand, however. The insects are very intelligent, going for weak spots like the eyes and choking opponents by going down windpipes.
It's sub ability, which is arguably more powerful, is it's ability to 'spread.' 「Infestation」can be used on people the user deems close to them, and this infests them with a certain amount of the stands insects, and makes them an all new stand user, with a significantly weaker version of 「Infestation」. These stand users can pass on the stand like this as much as they wish, however, there are only so many insects in the stand to pass on, and the previous user that passed on the stand can take it back within the stands range.
Infesting another Stand User allows them the use of 「Infestation」, but they must have both stands out when they use either one.

An automatic stand that is triggered from light exposure to the skin (or rather, the lack thereof). The user becomes incorporeal when little light is coming in contact with their skin, increasing in power over time. The ability's power increases over time, outlined below

Stand Name:『Speed Of Life』
Ability: it can accelerate procesess of whatever the user touches.
It can do stuff like accelerate the healing of a wound or the aging of a man.
It cannot accelarete processes that wouldn't happen normally tho so, for example, he couldn't make an arm grow back nor save you from lethal wounds, since those wouldn't heal naturally.
The main weakness is the physical manifestation of the stand, which has no limbs, so it can't punch or defend and the user is forced to directly touch the object he wishes to accelerate, making it not that good in direct confrontation againt any stand that can punch or is long ranged.

I liked the song and thought it would make for a cool stand name.

Stand Name:『Spirit They're Gone』

Ability: Can make non-living objects "ethereal", making them gas-like and intangible. Items affected also lack weight, so they start to float away. The user can undo these effects at will, causing them to become solid again. The stand can also generate gentle air currents to move the objects towards its desired location.

This allows the user to walk through walls or defend themselves against projectiles. Stand's main method of attack is dropping heavy items on top of unsuspecting foes or moving intangible objects into their enemies' body and turning them solid again.
