This child is the Ancient Weapon Uranus. We have already seen one mochi-producing paramecia just in the last arc and a child with a food-producing paramecia being paired up with a child-like Big Mom at the moment is a little too on the nose. If she has a paramecia, than it's very different than what has been previously displayed in the series due to both tiring the user out through the creation of a substance and being based on the Momotaro legend; it's simply highly unlikely that Tama's power is 'just' a paramecia, and even if it was something like a 'tame tame fruit' the fact that she produces a ball of mochi to do it is very odd. She's the first person Luffy met on Wano, she's met Ace in the past somehow, she's currently traveling with Big Mom, and her power could possibly counter most of Kaido's army. Why wouldn't the source of the Poneglyphs have a Ancient Weapon present?
