I'm not sure if the Alter Egos should really count. At the very least, Meltrylis has different facial features, different body proportions and a different voice actress. Passionlip's face is closer to Sakura's, but the rest of her is again pretty different. Technically, Meltrylis and Passionlip were branched off from B.B. who's branched off from the A.I. Sakura, but there's too many differences.

Characters like Nero,Okita, and kinda Jeanne all share the saberface traits however they do not have artorias personality or attitude.

It's a little complicated.
Parvati inhabits the body of the original Sakura. Kama, due to his relationship with Parvati, also inhabits the body of Sakura. You could say that their relationship is similar to that of Ishtar and Ereskigal. B.B. is an offshoot of an A.I. who was based off of Sakura. Summer B.B. is B.B. who fused with an outer god. Meltrylis, Passionlip and Kingprotea are offshoots of B.B. who is an offshoot of Sakura who is an A.I. based off of the original Sakura. As Alter Egos, they were fused with aspects of various mother goddesses, so they're not really considered to be part of B.B. anymore.

In the case of the Alter Egos, you can think of them as sort of clones of a clone of a clone who have had their DNA spliced with various other people, so if you go by genetics, they're more like third cousins, twice removed.

Jeanne only vaguely looks like Jeanne I always thought it was becasue of Gilles confusion in Zero so they rolled with it

Altria and Nero are said to have the same face, but at least Arco tries to differentiate them a bit. Altria's face looks a little more androgynous, while Nero's eyelashes are more emphasized.

She is I think, she has a lot of servants (they all are Extra ones though, Extella doesn't count) and every summer she will have at least 1 summer servant.

Yeah, the only thing she's drawn that isn't explicitly related to EXTRA is the Heaven's Feel CE. I wish they'd have her design a new Servant.

Then again, knowing her tastes, all her design ideas might be a bit too extreme.
