What the fuck is the watch order for this bullshit?
Visible confusion
Watch Neon Genesis Evangelion, including the last 2 episodes, just make sure you watch the directors cut whenever available.
Skip Death and Rebirth. If you watched the directors cut, you don't need it.
Watch End of Evangelion, knowing that it fills the same position as the last 2 episodes of the show, but doesn't entirely replace them.
If you want, you can stop there. If you want more Eva, you can now watch the Rebuild of Evangelion movies, but those go off in their own direction during movie 2 and by movie 3 are basically unrecognizeable as the being the same story, though they have incredible visuals. Rebuild 4 isn't out yet, so now you are all caught up.
1.Watch the first 7 episodes of the TV series.
2.Watch episodes 23-28 in reverse.
3.Watch episode 24.
4.Watch Death and Rebirth.
5.Watch the Rebuids.
6.Watch EoE
7.Repeat steps 1-6
8.Watch episodes 25-26
9.Profit!!!
what? i'm only aware of the og series and the new movies? but then i saw something today that said "all 37 timelines"
Ignore all this bullshit. Just watch the series and EoE. Rebuilds after that if you want. Director's cut(which is extended and fixed up episodes 21 to 24) should come by default in pretty much any release you can easily find today(including netflix) so don't worry about that. If these episodes are longer than 23 minutes with OP and ED included they are director's cut.
genuine grattitude. didn't even know it was on netflix been using kissanime
1. Series
1.5 erase. eps 25, 26 from your memory.
2. End of Evangelion
Are you autistic?
Just download it. Some people like 2D4U, other's like Sepirothic's.
>watch 1-26, Directors Cut, realize 25/26 are unfinished mess, just chill
>wait a few weeks, don't read any summaries or wiki articles
>watch 'Death', which is a summary of the show, to help fill in any gaps and refresh yourself
>watch 'End of Evangelion', which is the 'true' 25 and 26. Can imagine original 25/26 take place during it.
>read whatever wiki's summaries or whatever to finish filling out your understanding and learn about the little nuisances the show doesn't go indepth into
>watch Rebuilds 1.0 and 2.0 whenever. They both feature some really well done re-imaginations of scenes from the show
