Have any other manga creator apologized for making a small mistake in their story?
Seems like Hori could have just ignored this without any problems.
Have any other manga creator apologized for making a small mistake in their story?
>>"journalism"
What mistake? Fuck that stupid bitch, I hope she fucking dies. Tired of waifu shit.
>Have any other manga creator apologized for making a small mistake in their story?
Yes.
Some opted to lampshade the mistake instead and alter the story to add something ridiculous to their manga so that it wasn't a mistake after all.
Others should have apologized and didn't.
what mistake?
At least he's being honest, also what mistake was it?
>Small mistake
He forgot an entire plot point happened
I don't see him apologizing for O MY WISHING ENERGY though.
What mistake? I dropped this shit.
Twice needs someones measurements in order to make a clone of them. He said in the most recent chapter he had never taken Togas measurements, but he made a clone of her in the Yakuza arc
>what mistake?
Imagine being this much of a brainlet. Readers of hero cuck manga are literal dumbfucks. You can't make this up.
Twice claims to have never cloned Toga hence why her clone from the last chapter was bloodied since he never cloned a healthy Toga. However, during the yakuza raid we clearly see a clone Toga used for a distraction while real Toga sneaked up behind a hero.
How do you know the mistake without being a reader
>i-i'm sorry
sounds like a faggot to me
The people asking are probably no readers
Hostility not needed
Horikoshi forgot that Twice had previously already measured Toga during the Overhaul arc when he made her a clone (which was seen fighting against Lock Rock)
>Sorry guys I'm a hack, at least everyone knows now
That Yakuza arc went by so fast for dragging on so long. Even I forgot that one fucking panel of the Twice clone. Then again, if I already knew of the implications of their quirks. I to probably would have done the same without realizing it could have been a plot device later on in my story.
Have you been practicing your dictation in the mirror at home lately??
Wani, but hers are funny
Hori should have ignored it. Admitting that you make continuity errors in a manga that you only you write is embrassing.
How about a reveal that this Twice is actually an enemy's quirk, and the real Twice was kidnapped?
He didn't forget anything
Are you retarded
>please understand
So it‘s a nip thing huh?
There's an early Dragonball chapter where Toriyama has an apology on the title card for accidentally calling General White "General Silver" at one point some chapter ago.
>be super succesful "celebrity"
>still have to apologize for a non-issue
Is this really this big in Japan? In the west the author would have just ignored it and/or insulted the audience.
>Stan Lee accidentally calls Bruce Banner "Bob Banner" in an issue
>writers inform him of the error
>"Actually this is not a mistake because his full name is Robert Bruce Banner. So there".
And that's how Bruce got his full canon name.
The west are assholes
The mangaka for NNT tends to just fix his mistakes for the volume release rather than apologize which is the better route I think, doesn't call attention to it. The only other mistake I think is when he changed a minor character's hair color from blonde to blue because he forgot but I don't think anyone actually cared nor did he apologize because it was such an irrelevant character who had only been shown blonde on the back of a volume spine.
He also fucks around a lot like calling chapters "Epilogue 1, 2 and 3" then changing them to normal chapter titles for the volume release.
Most mangaka ignore it too. Oda changed Katakuri from a logia to a paramecia when the official volume came out and never said jack shit why. Hori is just a beta.
One of the Touhou manga has a weird case with ZUN saying in a later interview that he didn't explain enough to the artist he hired for it.
It is irrelevant. When he adresses such mistakes in SBS his answer is: sorry shit happens or a joke covering it up.
>Seems like Hori could have just ignored this without any problems.
Better to be proactive and apologize before fans notice and start to defecate everywhere. It's also called being a professional and taking responsibility for your mistakes.
>He didn't forget anything
But he apologized for it.
The fans already noticed it though.
And Hero Academia is huge in focus with lots and lots of discussion from chapter to volume release.
I stopped reading this shit right after that gardening guys backstory with the pink girl. Good to know hori is still a hack and getting worse. O my wishin energy o my seven quirks
Should have gone the Kubo way and insist that's how it always worked.
Speedreader
It was when the COLA artist gave Marisa blue eyes in the color panels.
Apologizing to the fans is such a pathetic beta thing to do.
