>More reasonable managers
>Freer work environment

To be fair, Horikoshi came up with the universe, so it's not like he's totally bad. But having a good idea for a starting story doesn't mean he could keep pulling good ideas every week, with the axe hanging on the author's neck for the first 50 or so chapters, and the ridiculous expectations of becoming the next One Piece just because it had good reception thrown after wards. Honestly, we shit a lot on Naruto and Bleach, but the guys had both good ideas. Also, writing for Jump means following their lines pretty strictly, the authors of Illegals might not have that much pressure (even if their magazine probably still has some strict lines to follow). Lastly, I think that Illegals is written by someone that has a better grasp of comics. Besides some small details like the two quarreling delinquents that look like Wolverine and Cyclops, the use of quirks seems to be more creative, and it has a little more of worldbuilding (even if it clashes a little with what's shown in the main series). By the way I love the nice combination of Japanese manga and Western comic that those two guys represent.

Honestly I don't have too much problems with the main series, I just do this to invoke attention for vigilantes. The last few chapters have been great yet no one makes a thread on them.

This arc has been basically what I expected to see since the start of the main series

Because you're a contrarian.
People like you are the reason why people won't give this a chance.

Yeah, there's been one high stakes after another, and having Knuckle duster not only be thrusted back in the main story BUT also fight a villain using his old quirk was the topping on the cake.

Most people simply don't even know that this exists from what I can tell

It is pretty much impossible for europeans to read it since viz took over

>Most people simply don't even know that this exists
Actually they do. The series is just so boring and only gets discussion when Knuckle duster appears.

People dropped the series after what they did to Stain also the fact that its mostly boring as shit. Nowadays the only people who praises it are contrarians hence why shit like this is hard to take seriously.

Attached: 010.png (764x1200, 337K)

yikes, you're a real charmer huh

Well if the only way you think you can get series to read a series is by shitting on the main one you're not going to get the most welcoming responses.

And that's why we get so assblasted every time Hori fucks up the main story, because we know he has the ability and it's really frustrating watching everything go downhill. He's recent fuck up is even more annoying since retarded "fans" try to gloss it over and turn a blind-eye instead of criticizing him to improve his skills for his future endevours. They basically treat him as a doujin-machine instead of an actual author.

Eh maybe I am contrarian but like the shit with Stain. and how it shoes that he's just an unstable hypocrite.

The parts of the story I don't like is when the focus too much on Popsteps stuff, but at the very least they develop all their characters, and offset the slower parts with seeing other heroes (like the stuff with Fat Gum, and Midnight)

Vigilantes went to shit after knuckleduster left and the author wanted to have the spotlight on his self insert

>And that's why we get so assblasted every time Hori fucks up the main story,
He fucks it up by not following your headcanon?

>Guns exist and don't require any specialised quirk like Snipe's to operate
Uh oh, they just invalidated the entire super hero culture and society. What's the need for All Might to fight villains when any police man with a glock does the same job faster?

Also Crawler getting power creep was dumb and just keeps getting more contrived. It's smaller than BnHA but also fucks up the character more when it turns out he's actually really strong and would be the best hero if he just wasn't unlucky for ten minutes once. It's especially dumb now that he's constantly working alongside all the big names anyway.

>The series is just so boring and only gets discussion when Knuckle duster appears.
This. Its ridiculous how retards can claim the series is better than MHA when its carried entirely on one character because the two leads are boring awful characters and the way how it handles series stables is dreadful.

Attached: 1496536141287.png (913x953, 281K)

There are some boring chapters after Knuckleduster retires, but it's overall pretty good.

What did they do to Stain? If anything, they made him even more ridiculously edgy than he was in the original

Hori reviewed, approved and he even adds his own input.

>He fucks it up by not following your headcanon?
Found the retarded bandwagoner here. LARP more, because no one will ever love you.

Eh for me Crawler's progression at least makes sense as he was able to propel himself of surfaces (when he glides) and utilize suction (when he brakes), what really makes it interesting is because he's the poster boy of what wasted potential brought on by the society around him, had it not been for Knuckle duster coming into his life he would never been pushed and never have known what he's capable of (kinda like how Deku's mom thinks her quirk is insignificant, even though she's either manipulating gravity ( a fundamental force of the universe, or has small scale telekinesis). I doubt his little air pellets will be stronger than light punches, so i think we're nearing his power cap, and what comes after are better ways to use them, and using gadets to support his quirk. I think the finally thing he'll realize with his quirk is being able to propel himself of off air molecules . Either way its makes more sense than OH MY 7.

I kinda liked his power evolution at first, but yeah, now he's getting kinda broken. Flying was already pretty good, and shooting stuff using the repelling and ignoring the limitation of having to have 4 points of contact is ridiculously unnecessary.

But MHA is carried soley by All Might

>I think the finally thing he'll realize with his quirk is being able to propel himself of off air molecules
Doesn't he already do that?

It makes sense. Allmight is the pillar of BnHA, Dark Allmight is the pillar of Illegals, even in absence. Though Illegals' Allmight is really nice.

PopStep is kinda cute tho

>MHA is carried soley by All Might
>series gets constant discussion whether he's there or not

Wrong.

He does, but like I said he more or less was taught that his power was more limited than it really is. He did fly for a few seconds but even he doesn't know how that was possible.

>Either way its makes more sense than OH MY 7.
Hey look the person who likes Illegals is a fucking retard! Who'd to funk?

Dumbass

Im just stating facts, was it even needed for Deku to get even more power. At least with Koichi he hasn't had any offensive capabilities until now. Deku already steam rolls 90% of his class.

No you're just a fucking retard and a hypocrite who didn't even pay attention to the story.

The guy in charge of Illegals has less work to do, a great part of the story is about creating worldbuilding for the main series and all of that must have come from Horikoshi (even the Stain´s part)

That means that the Illegals guy doesn´t have to come with all the story and doesn´t have to expend time creating new characters since he reuses the ones Hori comes with.

I would like to see Horikoshi working on a monthly schedule, since he seems to struggle with the weekly one.

Reminder Hori literally speedreads his own series

Okay now tell me how twice made an imperfect toga clone that one time

What the hell are you talking about?

Fucking Kek, how will Hori fags recover.

He's referring to this
->189805299

Dumbass

So Hori has to make the main series and also correct Illegals, yep, he is overworked.

Plenty of authors are. Doesn't mean you have to forget your own story.

He didn't forget anything he just made a mistake and addressed it. You faggots are pathetic no wonder you like Illegals.

>he didn't make a mistake
>has to apologize publicly
It isn't like he made a typo, he completely forgot twice had measured Toga in the past and he acknowledged he fucked up. Deal with it reaching faggot.

you guys are just a bunch of contrarians, you'd say the same shit if this was the main series and BNHA the side one

>It isn't like he made a typo, he completely forgot twice had measured Toga in the past and he acknowledged he fucked up.
Why are you lying? He didn't even forget, the text just said "I haven't measured you" instead of "I haven't measured you in a while".

People said the same shit with Smash when that was being released regularly and that was fucking terrible.

NO U REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

The text said you never let me measure you, I understand you're a girl after all. But now you'll have to bear with me.
Going from that to "it's been a while since I last measured you" is a mistake, and you need to get off Hori's dick

>The text said you never let me measure you, I understand you're a girl after all. But now you'll have to bear with me.
Wrong.

>The text said you never let me measure you, I understand you're a girl after all
Stop following MS and JB because that's not what it said.

You're the "wrong, dumbass" that had to reach and cope for threads to cover up the mistake of Hori and can't even fucking believe it even though the raws are out. What the fuck is wrong with you? How come you haven't killed yourself yet?

And you're the dumbfuck that got BTFO when Hori proved that he didn't forget and that it wasn't a fucking retcon. I guess you're using something different to shit on Hori now.

Dumbass, I always said he made a mistake and he'd own to it. You're the fucking idiot who invented the stupid "imperfect clone" bullshit.
>up until now
Wow

>Dumbass, I always said he made a mistake
Cool horseshit bro

Im glad Best Dad is back

>he's now pretending anons never said it was an honest mistake
Get your brain checked copingfag

What? But the current arc is so interesting.
Aren't you thrilled to find out if some Ice Climber-looking motherfucker is gonna kill an established character? The suspense is killing me.

Once again cool horseshit bro,

Dumbass.

This series causes immense butthurt for some reason whatever Hori does something. Its one thing to complain about mistakes its a whole nother thing to keep pushing a notion that doesn't exist.

My favorite is when we got yet another villain with a strength enhancing quirk.

this but unironically

Like imperfect toga clones to cover up a clear mistake. But Hori cultists would rather perform mental gymnastics before admitting he fucked up.

Fine i'll at least give you this, I like Re-Detro's hairline

Crawler>Virgin Deku

>Like imperfect toga clones to cover up a clear mistake
Nope. You're just obsessed for some reason

Like the faggot who'd said "Hori needs a perfect clone to have toga's blood because that is how it works I just made up this headcanon and if you don't agree you're retarded Hori never measured Toga bro that was an imperfect clone" whenever someone pointed out hori's clear mistake. Now that is being obsessed.

good goy

Attached: D6kn61aUEAAoA1V.jpg (1536x2048, 403K)

Obsessed.

Dumbass

God he could probably smell Shigaraki's ass from a mile away.

>To be fair, Horikoshi came up with the universe, so it's not like he's totally bad
What universe ?
>Mostly urban setting in the future but looks functionally identical to today except with bigger screens and robots
>Everyone's got a superpower
>There's a hero association

Do you actually think this took more than fifteen minutes to think up ?

Let´s see: Most characters in the series except the main cast and some secondary character (powers, designs, personalities, etc), the laws of the world, the worldbuilding that Illegals shows from time to time, main arcs (the villain factory), etc.

Basically the guy from Illegals simply foreshadows what Hori tells him to, so he has a lot less work than him and more time to work with.

Ilegals may have constant quality, but it also hasn´t shown anything that makes it memorable like the main series does, both in story and art terms. It´s not bad or mediocre by any means, but it isn´t so good as many people want to make it seem.

Read that shit. Was way more Boring than mha

I like both

>To be fair, Horikoshi came up with the universe

Attached: sky high.jpg (1000x1430, 306K)

its simple: retards cant latch on to their favorite to shitpost 24/7 on Yea Forums therefore no threads. honestly for the better. I don't have to read innane bullshit and shitposting from the retards on this shithole regarding the series.

Because the main story is about Deku
