Literally dramatic flair for the sake of being dramatic flair, araki might be a little air headed sometimes but he's not so bad as to try and introduce a gimmick like that and then immediately dump it a chapter later. Same with the puppet, it was all there for dramatic effect and helping to convey what the fuck Hierophant Green actually does.

The asteroid that the stand arrows were made from is actually from Mikitaka’s home planet, where the stand virus destroyed the population and forced them to become space nomads.
The tragedy of Mikitaka is that he discovers Earth as a potential new home just as the effects of the stand virus start to really go wild on the population.

It's absolutely crazy, but I'm getting more and more convinced that Tsurugi is the Head Doctor.
I'm thinking his new ability is not to skip time like some anons have been theorizing, but to bring misfortune to anyone who persues him, or rather, to alter their perception in a way that would put them in danger.
We've seen this happen when the baby and the mother tried to touch PMK, and when Oujiro was approaching him.
Coincidentally, the HD has been seen in places where PMK has activated recently (the school gate and the cliff).
And pic related is some obvious foreshadowing.
Now this theory does have some holes, like why did Mamezuku get injured so badly if only his perception was altered or how and why Tsurugi would be in the hospital, but there are too many coincidences for them to not be related somehow.

Araki has perfect memory. The inconsistencies are a combination of him changing his mind on something and knowing he'll get away with it, changing the rules for something because it's cooler, and just to fuck with readers.

Explain to me how BTD isn't a Requiem stand. It granted Kira an ability based on his most inner, strongest desire at the time it stabbed him. Just like Chariot Requiem was created by Polnareff's desire to protect the arrow. The only reason KQ doesn't have a new design is because Araki didn't think of doing that at the time.
