White Heart's is just silly while Green Heart definitely feels way more lacking despite the similar get-up to her previous outfits. Black Heart's is the most egregious for me since it doesn't resemble her at all.

I actually like all the NEXT forms. NEXT Purple is my favorite, especially the mechanical hands and legs, but NEXT White is cute and since I was never a huge fan of any of Green Heart's designs to begin with, I can only see NEXT Green as an upgrade. That said, NEXT Black isn't as memorable aside from the scouter.
The only thing that bothers me is that I can't really figure out if NEXT Purple is meant to reference anything. Though, I suppose seeing as how Neptune herself is based off a Sega console that was never released, she'd naturally have the fewest overall references anyway.
