Franky and Brook are strong, and so is Usopp when he isn’t being a pussy or a memelord. Robin is strong too, it’s just that Oda has to make her job or put her on mook extermination because her fruit is OP. The only members who actually feel weak are Nami and Chopper.

Luffy's crew is fine. His top "commanders" (Zoro, Sanji, Jimbei) can handle the top commanders of most yonkou crews.
I would say Luffy is just a little bit ahead of the strongest commander in each crew. Zoro/Sanji are probably between YC1 and YC2 right now at least, and Jimbei can handle a YC1.
Franky/Brooke are also solid fighters, you won't see them beat the likes of cracker or Jack, but they can definitely handle middle tier fighters like pekoms or tamago.

This was sadly something could have potentially been avoided if Oda actually DIDN'T bring some of those members back. But its nice that he did since the first half arc villains that have returned have been wonderfully utilized outside their respective arcs and majority of the ones we meet in the second half will probably never get this treatment with some even, shockingly enough, actually die or get so fucked up they can't possibly contribute to the overall narrative again.
I think a bit of some contrivancey was worth it to use these guys again so I agree with this user but also this user as this power as unique as it was didn't really make much sense.
Besides, the true and absolute worst plot hole will always surround Sabo and that was one Oda had many many ways to avoid and not just simply keeping him dead either.

I think he means the fact that Ace and especially Garp didn't know that a top hat wearing dude was like the number 2 of that group for all of this time and it wasn't like they tried to hide it. I mean Oda could have given him a codename and maybe he didn't dress like he did as a kid but then started to after he got his memories back or something.
Robin knowing who he was and not telling anyone after they all met up was also kinda stupid. As for the amnesia thing, its just a really shitty plot device and is something Oda avoided using or any other of its ilk for over a decade so I can get why people really hated it.
Its like that curse sword movie, I mean its forgettable ass filler yes, but just think about it. Writers for a movie put magic in one piece, fucking magic. One of the 21 curse swords has an evil spirit in it as that movie's antagonist. Now thankfully that's just a movie, but good god if that type of shit was in the main series and it came out of nowhere.

I've always been one of those people who looks at individual usage of tropes, not just "trope bad because other writers fucked it up." So I have no problem with any usage of amnesia in this series so far. Ocarina of Time had time travel.
I DO think it's very hard to argue that Sabo's existence would be unknown to Garp etc., and that Robin wouldn't just say to Luffy that he's alive to comfort him.
