We did. In Volume 4, which is a collection of short stories to expand the GS world a bit and is also the basis for Brand New Day, there is a short story that gives us the 1st POV of a goblin.

Speaking of goblin POV, I remember in kumo desuka nanika there was someone who got isekaid as a goblin and he completely went nuclear after he got enslaved and was forced to kill other goblins as well as his goblin sister.
