Why the fuck do animeonlies have so much trouble understanding king crimson
>epitaph can see 10 seconds into the future
>he can skip time for 10 seconds
>diavolo is completely intangible while in skipped time (also means he can't interact with anything)
>only diavolo remembers what happened in skipped time
It's so fucking simple if you forget about the stupid shit araki introduced king crimson with
Why the fuck do animeonlies have so much trouble understanding king crimson
King Crimson is a video editing program
>you have a 30 second clip
>you cut out the middle 10 seconds
>leaving only the beginning and the end
The editor (Diavolo) is the only person that knows what happened in the missing 10 seconds.
So it just makes people blackout the last 10 seconds and makes them intangible, not really that good desu
IT JUST WORKS user.
>he can't interact with anything
that's not true
A more simple explanation is he becomes immune for 10 seconds.
That's really all there is to it. You're just making it needlessly complex by saying "time shenanigans" this "skip parts" that.
Because animeonlys are normies. We have been bitching about this for years but those guys? They have only just started the attempt at understanding the stand that is King Crimson.
>>diavolo is completely intangible while in skipped time (also means he can't interact with anything)
Then how the fuck did he cut off Trish's hand in the elevator? And don't say, "he didn't do that during the time skip; it was fated to happen because he intended to do it beforehand." Because if that's the case, why wasn't Bruno "fated" to respond to Diavolo breaking in and attacking Trish? Same deal with Narancia's death. If all King Crimson is doing is erasing people's memory of the event plus any damage he would have taken, we should see people move around after the timeskip but not remember why, since they would have tried and failed to attack Diavolo.
Furthermore, how does splashing blood in Polnareff's eyes work if he can't influence anything during the timeskip?
it's almost like it doesn't actually have consistent rules, like most shit in jojo. why do people like to pretend king crimson makes sense?
Thats the part where the stand becomes confusing. If diavolo pretends to get trish from bruno and he uses epitaph to see the future and in this future he cutes her arm, as the future that epitaph sees cannot be changed all he have to do is skip time so bruno won't remember diabolo appearing and cuting trish arm. King crimson can only change diavolo actions within the 10 seconds he skips not the other, thats why he can't interact with them, but if within this 10 seconds is predetermined that diavolo will interact with someone all he have to do is skip that frame of time and no one will remember this interaction.
But in the end king crimson and all stands bends at araki convenience. So fuck it.
I always thought anything diavolo was holding onto right before activating king crimson he can bring to his time skip realm and thus interact with, which would explain king crimson taking trish and how he killed narancia
You'd think if they understood Musou Tensei they could grasp this, what the fuck though?
But Bruno didn't just "not remember". He stood there completely still, holding on to Trish's severed hand. If Diavolo was predetermined to interact with Trish, he should've also been predetermined to interact with Bruno since he was right next to her. There's no way he would've been able to attack her without him noticing.
If all that changed was his memories, he should've moved around the elevator, and probably had his Stand out. The only way him standing there makes sense is if Trish losing her arm is something that happened outside of causality.
Does his stand interact with her in a unique way due to their connection?
>what the hell is "epitaph"?
Theres no sense at all in the end.
>bruno seeing him self
>that time he used king crimson to make bullets pass through him
>others that i don' bother remember
Anime only zoomers probably never even heard of Hokuto no Ken, let alone watched it to the end.
>people have been saying Red Ruler is fucked since the part came out
>fucking anime onlies
He can choose which parts are tangible and when within the timeframe and area of effect.
Now Gold Experience, he makes zero fucking sense.
>HURR, HE'S NOT HEALING, HE'S JUST RECREATING THE MISSING FLESH EXACTLY
Shoving a chunk of flesh into a body doesn't make it reattach instantly. How can he even understand anatomy so precisely? And what happened to the distance limit when his snake killed a guy miles away? The arrow and damage reflection retcons are just cherries on the shit sundae.
And Lifeshot
>(also means he can't interact with anything)
But this is false, he does it all the time
Explain this.
>Diavolo can see the future
>If he doesn't agree to what the future says, he can change it
Is that so hard?
>animeonlies
Kill yourself. Twice over.
Before the time skip happened, the bicycle was going to stay stationary.
But then after having used his amazing cosmic powers, Diavolo realized that the onlooker would look on-ly at him, and this displeased him and pedalled away in stopped time.
Essentially, the left column never happened, nor was going to happen. In normal time before Diavolo changed things, the left column should just be the first panel repeated 4 times.
It doesn't make sense because Araki wrote it. Meaning it's all about FATE.
The thing that happends 10 seconds in the future isn't the result of causality but of fate.
Being able to see the future but completely unable to do anything about it except skip parts of it is why King Crimson doesn't make sense.
If he sees himself tripping over a branch while walking down the street it's literally impossible to avoid even though he knows it's gonna happen. That's what doesn't make sense.
His ability is skipping over the undesirable parts of the future, the HOW is where it doesn't make sense.
When Aerosmith shoots at him it's the best example. Diavolo is just taken out of account for any things that happen which doesn't make sense. The point is that he's not bound by fate but it's more like he can do whatever the story demands.
That's all in skipped time.
Left is some random guy on the bike.
Right is Diavolo on the bike.
Ah well then the left is fine.
Point remains, the right side occurs if before time was skipped Diavolo wasn't going to ride his bike anywhere, since everyone in the vicinity will act as if he did what he would have done if he didn't skip time.
It is if you consider that in the erased 10 seconds, you were fated to kill Diavolo, but he just says Nah boi and removes that 10 seconds and he donuts you so fuck you
I think it's more that it was fated that Diavolo takes Trish from Bruno in that elevator but he didn't want to be seen so he just skipped the time where he and Bruno meet and just jump into the part where he's escaping
>NOOOOOOO DOPPIO HELP ME AHHHHHHHHH
>Le epic daily King Crimson thread xD
I hope that literally everyone in this cancerous community dies the most horrible death. Part 6 is based though
Because it's stupid. Jojo was always stupid but this was beyond fucking stupid even for Jojo. Stands bullshit got completely fucking retarded
>Part 6 is based
Part 6 is trash. part 7 is based
>Part 7 is based
Part 7 is trash. Part 8 is based
this is not how king crimson works. It's ability is to remove cause, leaving only the effect. This is why GER is its hard counter, cause it repeats a cause for an inifinte amount of time
> It's ability is to remove cause, leaving only the effect.
So he should still be full of holes from Aerosmith's barrage. It's bs.
