Everyone gets dragged into the passionate acting from Natsuo and Miyabi, and Miyabi was supposed to give up according to the script, but she can’t give up and changes the story and Natsuo answers to that.

The only new drama it could make is if Natsuo found the rings, redevelops feelings for Hina and cheats on Miyabi with Hina. but that would only make Natsuo a shit character for hurting Miyabi and putting Hina in that position again.
and for Rui to try to get Natsuo back from her, but that would make Rui even more shit for trying to take natsuo after dumping him at his lowest and Natsuo a shit for going back to such a woman.

But since its more likely they wont, i think that the next chapter (in 2 weeks) Miyabi will act 'confessing' but actually mean it. And Natsuo, as said in this chapter, his acting affects his real life so he'll reject Miyabi in acting, but do so for real life too.
and that being rejected by Natsuo, Miyabi will rekindle his spark for Hina by accusing him of still loving her and pointing out how close and happy they are with each other. but instead of using real names, she uses the acting session to ad-lib/make stuff up, so that no one in the club knows what they're talking about, but leads to the outcome anyway.

Also, For Miyabi to date Natsuo, that would mean Hina would have to stop living with Natsuo. She just moved in not long ago so i don't see her moving out so soon.
My theory is that, after Miyabi rekindles his thoughts on Hina, Natsuo starts thinking of Hina romantically again, is unsure of what to do, and at the end of the trip he goes back to his apartment where Hina says "Okari" and he's all "tadaima". establishing that both are back to where they started in the story being in love with each other.

But even if that does happen it'll be ages before He and Hina get together, and the story will be filled with moments of them being drawn together while getting involved with other things in the story. The rings will probobly be last part that brings them together.

Thats why i don't think Miyabi and Natsuo will date, and why it's not a good idea.
Hinas been sad for a long ass time, why extend that? its getting old and just make Natsuo seem more shit and unworthy of her. If she's gotta cry, at least let it be because she's loved by Natsuo again. The heartbreak stuff is dragging.

I originally thought they might but then i realized that For them to have sex is to give them an extra chapter that goes into detail about it and so far, all the extra chapters are about Hina with Natsuo, Rui with Natsuo or Momo and Rikon. The official couples of the series.
Since Miyabi chances of being endgame are so low and that their dating life is basically doomed, it makes no sense to make an extra chapter about her since she isn't an official heroine or in an official relationship that will actually last. With Rui, she had a chance of being endgame before, and is also the secondary heroine, so she at least has that to validate her extra chapters. Miyabi dosn't.
Whats more, Ruifags dislike Miyabi because of her role in Rui breaking up with Natsuo, Hinafags now dislike her for her potential to drag on Hinas heartbreak and suffering, and most casual readers just don't see the point of them dating since they already feel like her story isn't 'unique' enough to be the wife of Natsuo in the future. And since she's putting everything on this trip, its unlikely her pursuit will continue afterwards.
In other words, she doesn't have enough of a legit fanbase to warrent and extra chapter since it'd piss both Hina and Ruifags, the majority of the readers, off and just irritate the casuals becuase they already find it unnecessary and an attempt to make the story drag on. Her true fans may love it, but its not enough.

That being said, while i think Rui and Chef will end up together, i think they wont get an extra chapter either. Mostly because of how much Chef is hated and how its not really necessary to show them banging. Miyabi and Nat start dating, Nat chooses acting as his "new path." After a while he discovers a box of Hina's things with the rings and his manuscript. He realizes Hina is still in love with him. In the middle of this Rui returns. Rui sees Nat with Hina/Miyabi and no longer feels jealous/wants to be with Natsuo, instead she thinks of Chefboy and realizes she loves him. She helps Natsuo get back together with Hina and Natsuo resumes his writing career. The end.

What you describing has happened in coke chan arc. Something to note is natsuo clearly know rui didn't stop loving him but he still chose to ditch his watch and necklace. He has no intention of getting back together.
When hina broke up with him, he kept her ring in his wallet all the times, her letter inside his desk. Abandoned a crying rui for hina, despite all her aggressive sexual moves. He clearly wanted to get back with hina till she rejected him.
I don't know who is marissa and ryan but it wasn't written by sasuga. All manga has their unique plot, just like seo kouji didn't truck all his female mcs, only once.

First is Rui. even if she broke up with Natsuo, it would be a bitch move for Natsuo to date the woman Rui caught trying to seduce him twice from her.

With Hina, Miyabi is probobly making her moves now because of how much Hinas and Natsuos relationship scares her.
