There's something I don't get about this anime.
If the music industry is being dominated by AIs, then why are there still popular human musicians around? You'd think most music would be dubstep, EDM, and Vocaloid. Also, using a human singer for your "perfect" AI produced music would be counterproductive since humans have too many imperfections to properly do the song.

Having AIs sing your songs would kill your music's marketability to the public.

Yes, the director got a shitton of different artists to contribute. That's the reason we have so much variety in songs and a large amount of them rather than usual anime that have 3-5 max across 24 episodes.
