why would I attempt to prove the unprovable? innocence means what it says in the dictionary. any implication you have of it being entirely to do with sex was an assumption on your part. If you read the original discussion thread a guy said he wanted a girlfriend who was pure and innocent, and I said innocent girls weren't good at sex. You can see there that the implication is not innocent = virgin, it's a type of personality

I didn't really like Evangelion self, though I tried to understand it at time, but it's been kind of difficult, since it did appear that most of Shinji's personality is nested in an archetype that I do find pretty unrelateable altogether, yet Asuka was the one I couldn't get over the most, I really cannot stand people/characters like her.

Maybe, to me she seemed like a pretty bog-standard needy borderline PD alike. I'm not necessarily saying that's an accurate description, but her personality seemed to be close enough to it in various ways for me to lose much of the interest to actually try caring or thinking about her.
