part is complete trash. Kira is a serial killing hand fetish autist. He is the worst antagonist. We went from fighting an immortal vampire that could stop time to chasing an autist around in a small town. It was boring and mind numbing to endure all the filler. Not to mention Okuyasu getting an amazing stand and using a total of 3 times. People can call Jotaro edgy and bland but he was badass.

Why? I can understand not liking the people who take it way to seriously, but it's normal to talk about which part in a series all with different stories and characters you like the most.

Part 4 truly is the worst part but Jotaro still sucks as a main protagonist. he's way better as a side character like he was in 4 and 6

The fact that Kira was only a threat to a small town is what made it interesting. He just wanted to live a simple life with no worries or stress, but his hand fetish caused him to become a serial killer. And as long as he was alive Josuke and gang couldn't live peacefully in their own town.
This down size in threat level made all of part 4 interesting to me.

Friendly reminder that part 4's main "plot" only happened because fatty couldn't tell the difference between his sandwich bag and a sandwich bag that was 10 feet away from him.

The smaller scale of part 4 is its biggest strength. Morioh is a great setting and the simplicity of a group of people having misadventures and defending their small town is refreshing.
