As for his Stand changing? I figure it's because he as a person has changed, he looks different and has a bit more confidence/drive it seems. He also keeps referring to Kira as his friend, which is odd but is likely nothing.

I assumed he did something in the top left panel here. I think his power only applies to your two arms and two legs and it doesn't matter where you get injured on them. I think this is his left arm, which is where the mark is when he gets home. So Ojiro could have scratched his arm here and so when Tsurugi gets home, Ojiro could climb up onto the roof and take control of that arm.

I personally prefer dubs outside of the bulllshit ones, a lot of dubs are genuinely as good if not better than subs. Some are horrendous in all aspects. Nonetheless if a dub isn't available I'm going to switch to the sub in a heart beat.

Rai is good despite being rohan because Rohan was good. Every JoJo arc needs that character that analyzes every situation and is the calmest and collected and it shouldn't always be the JoJos. They serve a plot device to narrate Araki's obtuse moments without doing HxH dialogue stop.

Jotaro gets the role as the calm one who makes the measured strategic decisions throughout the series Except when he somewhat fucks up in pt 6 mainly because he was protecting his daughter, he wouldn't have made the mistakes he made if it was Josuke or Johnathan

That's also what makes Giorno actually a good protagonist, sometimes it's nice to have a protag that figures everything out and performs at a top level. Also, sometimes it's nice to have a cripple bitch for most of the manga until he decides he's ready to kill diego, the president, and anybody else that get's in the way of his singularly selfish goal of recovering the corpse.

On a side note, we've had a lot of great antagonist vs protagonist battles in JoJo since the first arc, but nothing touches Valentine vs. Johnny. Except for maybe Diego vs Valentine

I hope Tsurugi isn't misunderstood and ends up having a legit dark side considering the kid did torture Yasuho with his stand. One of my gripes of part 4 were characters being crazy for gags so it would be neat if the narrative took it seriously in part 8.

Either way it will end up satisfactory, either as a sacrifical "lamb" of some sorts that makes the battle between Josuke for Holly's life and Jobins for Tsurugi's life even and equal.
Or he ends up as a powerful, murderous badass fighting at the highest stakes as a child. It would be cool because of Jobins confidence in Tsurugi's sense of power and what is right. Jobin believes Tsurugi wouldn't make a senseless act of violence. He outright stated Tsurugi wouldn't be the kind of person to crush a kid's head between a gate, it would be an interesting dynamic to watch presumably the main villain wrestle with his own childs live or die morals that are inherent to stand battles.

In the end I think Tsurugi will be a good guy and be the moral crux that Jobin's vs Josuke's battle will hinge upon as they beat the shit out of each other with their stands. Jobin said he trusted Tsurugi's morality, and Jobin is the kind of character that can be trusted to be right.

That's kind of a poor example, not sure why you're so focused on him when you've seen Gold Experience already. Mista is great compared to that complete walking inconsistency. It's a silly sort of irony that he takes more shots than his enemies, there's got to be some sort of setback to an OP stand, usually in the form of limitation of its user, like Okuyasu being too dumb to use the Hand etc. I would definitely restrict some of the VA stands more (and rewrite GE entirely) so they'd have more opportunity to work as an actual team, which was totally wasted for the most part. Part 5 is still an extreme case of inconsistency and tons of really bad contrived forced plot shit, especially in the second half which I consider the worst in the series, but your kinda aiming at the less important things. Nothing is happening in stopped time, actions are just frozen and the one in control can move around and interact, it's not skipping/erasing into the ''future''. Rewinding time is just rewinding what already happened. This kind of fixed prediction ability worked best with Thoth, as you have to follow what is shown in the manga or it will backfire, like Hol Horse getting shot cus of bad timing and most importantly above all else it's comedic in tone and scenario and that's why it works as an episode or two. I started reading Steel Ball Run and I read a few chapters, but I couldnt continue, since I already knew what would happen, despite hearing and seeing that it is very good. So I started reading Jojolion 5 days ago and I’m already at chapter 60. It really pulled me in, and the art and the story and everything is visibly better than other parts(not all the time though). The best thing is it’s mysteriousness-we didn know who Josuke actually was until like chapter 40, and it getting more bizzare than ever.
