The alert list is a bit wonky. If you hit the add to alert list, it'll only alert if it shows up in that store. To get a general alert, you have to add the exact search term to your alert list, and even that's not 100%.

One is a great sell, and I don't mind listing her items since she's still the 'main' girl if you go by the box/cover art and such. The other two are a mixed bag, since one just has her merchandise market flooded at the moment with new bits. Fatigue definitely killed that.

Now let's cut that in half again because living expenses. So let's say you're saving about 25k a year. Five years, that's 125k. Sounds about right so far, I've saved that much as well, minus the house.

If you finance a 40k car and 300k house rather than saving up and paying outright you allow the income you are (planning to) generate over time to be invested in different platforms such as stocks, 401k, etc.
If you put 10k down on your car and 50k down on said previous car and house, then you would have 280k to invest in other opportunities if we are to assume you have the cash on hand to purchase both of those. You can make more investing that 280k in a CD than paying outright for the car and home due to interest and a CD is one of the most conservative ways of investing money.

oh I misunderstood, the literal fire was not GSC exclusive just one of her DX props, the special flickering led was the GSC bonus and thats what I replaced with the tea light
it really wasn't a very hard diy, the word massacre was pretty apt for it I just ripped it out of the shell then trimmed the bottom to be flat without breaking the switch and clipped plastic away until it fit underneath without being visible.
The hardest part was cutting away the plastic that held up the led because it was too wide for the hole in the bottom of the campfire but it was mostly
