Who says that? Diana can easily go and become a bitch but only be nice to people who are close i.e: Hannah, Barbara, Anna, etc. And adopt a slightly more serious approach when it comes to her observing Akko's growth her rivalry with Akko in general, like in ep. 25. Not to mention, we haven't even seen Diana's actual flaws being displayed because they made her be the voice of reason 95% of the time while staff coddled her character.

Totally not true. What gave you that idea? We have only seen that on the side characters' episodes themselves, and they already were given a development.

On what basis? They did the adequate things to wrap up enough to give it a sense of completion, but they have always told us that if there's enough interest from us they would do more, not to mention that they themselves also want to do more.

Digging around the company's site, it seems like it's a small VR start up made by 2 brothers who call themselves the "VR Brothers". The only game up till now is "Be The HERO" that's on Steam and itch.io.
More importantly however, is that their main "thing" is developing anti motion sickness technology for VR. They even have clips of it in motion. You can immediately see why they're doing LWA.

From a VR tech point of view it is. I don't think I've seen VR games that move like that so it's fairly interesting. I just find it interesting that they're using LWA to show case it on a somewhat bigger scale than before, but at the same time it's on brand for LWA since that's what the series is basically about, giving newcomers a chance to show off their skills in something made for them.
