This was actually a really good shounen anime. Ueki was a good protagonist and the power sets were interesting.

Fuck you, OP. The manga was amazing and comfy. Massive high school memories for me. I probably read the series at least a good three times. I watched pieces of the anime and it wasn't terrible, obviously the manga was superior. I remember the music being pretty damn good.
