Fuck off. You that triggered by MC being cucked by his female childhood friend (rather than tired old trope of the tsundere tomboy childhood friend secretly being in love with MC)? As long as the drama isn't dragged out or overblown, having plot line of Kei sorting out her feelings for Himari and eventually finding out how Himari responds to those feelings (inevitably not reciprocating them because she's too pure for this world) is an interesting direction for this manga. That's just one side story though, as the main theme of this series is Himari's loneliness
+ MC's shut-in tendencies. And the author just revealed a whole new cast of characters so it looks like alot is being planned.
yuri is always shit taste pleb
>the author just revealed a whole new cast of characters
Speaking of which, that was quite the display of ambition from him, for all we know it could get axed before he can even properly finish a single arc.
Read the comments on mngdx, they are hilarious

Hetfags are even worse than yurifags.
the childhood friend is really one annoying character
should kill herself
not really, now go kys yuri faggot
We don't know the context for sure. She may not be into clit chomping but just might be a moe-fag that is extremely embarrassed about showing those kinds of emotions.
If it's confidence in his ability to draw (to keep the series afloat) then that confidence is probably warranted. Let's hope his writing isn't shit and we get interesting and interwoven plot lines out of these new characters.
Please cry more.
this will get axed in no time
>Aizawa Haruki, 16 years old, is in his 2nd year of high school, and likes to live efficiently. One day during summer vacation, a girl, Aizawa Himari, suddenly appears, calling him 'Onii-chan' and claiming that she's his little sister. As it turns out, Haruki's father recently remarried, and his new wife brought a daughter with her. However, since both of their parents are overseas, it'll only be the two of them living under the same roof. And for some reason, Himari seems very obstinate about spending as much time with Haruki as she can.
Stop baiting me OP
I was really surprised by this. This series went from being another Bandai Kaname wa Asobitai to Citrus.
>Kirara manga
Not surprised the author added yuribait out of nowhere.
Off topic but since Goddess is rarely getting updated anymore is there any good place to download (zip/rar) archives of scanlations?
It's really dumb this got tagged as shounen on Mangadex
>Hetfags are even worse than yurifags.
KYS and be part of the 41%percent.
>full yuri
Call me when the lesbian actually wins. If not, she's eventually falling for the MC or still losing in the end (if the author is generous, she'll hook up with a different side character).
God i wish that were me.
It runs in a Kirara magazine so it may at least stay yuri friendly. Probably.
>it's a "lesbian love interest that never confesses and only exists to hog screentime and lose" episode
at least she's hot
Does that really happen often?
Its going to be Himari's harem right?
The author seems to be a yurifag, so it might be possible. Still, I hope everyone gets paired off early so we can a fun romcom with both yuri and non-yuri couples.
I'd struggle to pull examples, but that's because I hate such instances and aim to forget the series they occur in.
Vague memory tells me that such things aren't exactly everywhere, but happen sometimes when writer wants a source of drama/love triangle, but doesn't want to make another dude character. Plus another girl character means more fanservice and it might bait yurifans into buying some issues/volumes in useless hope.
These.
Don't get my hopes up for nothing, OP.
The mangaka genuinely appreciates yuri so maybe they just wanted to add it.
I highly doubt they're going the Yuri route on this one.
This on the other hand...
sekijou from bokuben is a recent example. and there's natsume from hidamari sketch. and serina from sansha sanyou.
yup. you can count 3 in that volume end new character 2-pager alone
>natsume from hidamari sketch
Does it really count when their object of affection is also in a lesbian relationship?
Sae is a boy though.
Joou-sama no Eshi comment section is better.
>short hair
fuck you. that asymmetric pixie cut is so good. plus she's got kind of the rocker girl vibe going. slender, torn jeans, nice boobs + v-neck shirt and light accent jewelry (choker). she's smoking hot.
>full yuri
picked up
keep deluding yourself yuri faggot
obsessed
rent-free
I prefer the latest Hibike movie's PV youtube comment section actually.
It's not, OP is baiting.
It's going to be just another unrequited love story for her.
Oh no! 2 hot girls getting it on! That's the most disgusting thing imaginable!!!
Jesus christ, it's like you guys are allergic to anything that isn't het. Fucking weirdos
>seething s/u/b h/u/man
Every girl should be drooling over my self-insert's cock.
This user speaks the truth.
>how to identify someone who thinks bait and adult "yuri" are yuri and good
this. mangadex het shitters are pathetic
>HURR DURR EVERYONE THAT DISAGREES WITH ME IS A /U/FAG!!!!!!!
Not even, I'm just not retarded.
Yuri puritanism only impresses other yurifags.
>/u/kek calling heterosexuals weirdos
peak irony
>everyone against me is a yurifag!!!
Nah, you just proved my point. Goodbye.
Why are you engaging /pol/teens?
Kirara and Cune both have enough straight romance series that it'd be hard to judge until anything happens.
I can't think of any yuri series in either that have a male MC.
Legendary manga.
Either way, having the lesbian (tentatively) crush on half of a designated couple is highly unlikely to lead to her winning the affection of her target. Any writer trying that would greatly upset an existing fanbase who ships MC+Heroine.
At best, she'll get a lesson about unrequited love and move on, maybe appearing in a small scene later with her new mutual girlfriend.
At worst, you get *gatari's Kanbaru who becomes entirely non-threatening Raragi's orbiter, ready to jump his dick anytime.
Any yuri-ish development appearing in non-yuri publication had a noticeable chance to swerve into something completely different. Like, you might remember Chu-Bra!! and it's big-breasted character's crush on main girl. By the later volumes it was handwaived away as misattribution of affection - having more people touch her breasts gently led her to realising she wasn't actually in love with the girl.
How many exactly? And how many of them have lesbians.
Cune is irrelevant.
except
this series is going to be Himari's harem. and it's a kirara series. "MC" just wants to be left the fuck alone, and he will soon be alone as Himari goes to school and gets actual friends.
>deluded s/u/b h/u/man
>serina from sansha sanyou
She's not a lesbian. At least in the anime.
>self inserting incel hikki btfo by reality
If we maintain that subtext doesn't exist and only base it on works created into anime, then seven yuri (Sakura Trick, Koufuku Graffiti, Slow Start, Anne Happy, Anima Yell, Kanamemo, and Comic Girls) vs three normal romance (Blend-S, Yumekui Merry, and Dandelion).
Acchi Kocchi and Blend S are the main ones I know as it's not the sort of thing I want from Kirara so I've not gone out of my way to read the unadapted ones, even though I liked both of those enough.
However if you look at stuff in Kirara Forward there are a lot of series listed as romance with male MCs. Things like Futari no Renai Shoka seems like they even get married at the end which is much further than any yuri series they have.
Dandelion got pretty gay recently with an open declaration of love from one princess to another. Not that Akane didn't have her childhood friend since the beginning. The one straight relationship is still the most explicit though.
>Graffiti
>the only dyke gets rejected
>yuri
I'm pretty sure there still living together though? It's complicated and no one has the raws to prove it one way or another.
New Game and Dandelion have yuri as well
Acchi Kocchi has straight romance in it
I actually hope she get with the lesbian, is so fucking hard to find a genuine siblings relationship between half-siblings
She's clearly just a moefag.
Remove your anti-yuri googles.
Excuse me.
I still haven't read it though.
>deluded s/u/b h/u/man
>anti-yuri googles.
Those are called full functioning eyes, which everyone has.
>kirarara magazine
>not expecting yuribait
Nice try hetfags but I'm a veteran y/u/rifag. I've been a y/u/ritard long enough to know your modus operandi. You'd post in Yea Forums complaining about a series going full yuri to bait out naive y/u/rifags to get into a series then it turns out to be just yuribait and the girl gets the boy as you predicted and you'll shitpost about "lol XD y/u/rifags are triggered by yuribait" thinking you're smart or something even
Don't fall for this y/u/rifriends, don't pick this series up
Well first off not everyone has fully functioning eyes, but since you do then by all means use them and tell me how they see that page.
It's fine user, I went through my yurifag phase too and saw everything between two girls as romance. You eventually see the light.
I don't get where you even draw the line for the "yuri" shows. If you are considering stuff like Comic Girls or Anne Happy then others like New Game, Urara, Kiniro Mosaic or Harukana, should be there too.
Concession accepted
Honestly this.
>het series suddenly going yuri
>yuri series suddenly going het
Both are fucking stupid, they should be kept as seperate genres, all you end up doing is pissing people off.
The only yuri kirara anime is Sakura Trick. The others are either yuribait or straight.
Not a lot. I don't see them crushing a yuri subplot just to make room for het.
>posts futa on futa
>implies a liking for yuri
What did he mean by this?
Stop baiting anons with this picture
I agree to an extent, if you made the choice to have the backing power of a company, you made the choice to appeal to their customer base. If you want to write a story that can swerve away from that same base, either choose a different company or vanity publish it to gather your own fans.
At first I'm disappointed but then strangely excited that the yuri isn't confirmed. I'm probably going to pick this up because I'm addicted to the thrill of walking the tightrope. There's a chance it might be yuri even if it is slim, see you on the other side guys.
Are you also reading ?
No but I am now. I wasn't aware it was that sort of manga.
>MC's parent is never home, oh and by the way just gets married to a new person the MC has never seen or met and has their own kid and this whole new family is now part of the MC's family and the MC's parent never mentioned this even once."
I see this trope a lot, is it super common in Japan or something or just garbage that was made up? I know the Japanese are notoriously private but really, you wouldn't even tell your kid you are seeing someone? Or at least tell them you got remarried ahead of time?
I dont know who I hate more. Yurifags or self insert cucks. So it's a win either way for ne
dumpster fire
Considering that one actually has yuri in the title and is by a mangaka who has only released yuri stuff it doesn't feel like that could go the other way.
I miss it.
I don't know about you guys but watching Himari build a harem and not giving two fucks about because she just wants to do fun things sounds entertaining
I wonder why she previously had no friends, for some reason I have a feeling it may not be a clear-cut case of her being an innocent victim of bullying.
Just read the chapter that has been translated and i see no yuri.
Just a non blood related imouto that is very clinging of her new oniichan. Himari is cute.
Childhood friend tomboy is also very cute.
>itbegins.jpg
She must really like the guy's arm.
But if they told them, You wouldn't get wacky first chapter of main character being surprised this cute girl is coming to his home.
No, really, do you actually think this is anything close to reality and not just pandering for virgins?
Is this how people attempt to get new reader for the shit they're translating those days?
one page of a girl looking at another and then you blow it up as if it's anything important, so you get both the yuri haters into it because they'll want to stick around the threads to say /u/ is being btfo and some retarded /u/fags that don't know to tell the difference?
That's pathetic, really.
lmao axed soon
She lived out in the sticks. Wouldn’t be surprised if there literally were no other kids around
>yuri series suddenly going het
Has that ever happened?
I feel like there was a genderbend manga that had the guy-now-girl getting really close to his female friend only to get together with a guy right at the end. It depends on if to consider GB yuri though I guess.
Why are people defending this?
This is not yuri at all, fuck you
see
She has known her for one (1) day, my man
But it's cute.
Not defending bad writing, but love at first sight is a recurring theme in love stories everywhere in the globe.
Himari looks like a nymphomaniac
To be fair, Himari is indeed an angel.
Suggest some new Kirara manga.
Umiiro March and Cosmo Familia
From Namori ex-assistant
There's this one about a teenager who's hot for older men. Just started in Forward.

>>She has known her for one (1) day, my man
As far as I could tell she's hadn't been living with him for long either. Considering she lives next door I doubt her first meeting was much later than his.
Picked up.
Thanks for the rec, OP.
Alright, looks nice.
