The character design + animation is incredibly stiff for something thats trying to go for a comedic tone, just look at other high school comedies like Nichijou, Azumanga or more recently Asobi Asobase and you will see that the characters either have erratic/fluid animation or extremely expressive/cartoony faces to sell you on the punchline, look at that fucking weak delivery at 21 seconds and tell me thats good and not deadface as fuck. Its a shame because the seiyuus are actually putting in the effort but the animation team has fucked them over. Absolutely heartbreaking.
