It's not unheard of users knowing some basics of other Breaths, but so the series has consistently shown that a demon slayer will really only groom themselves under one Breath to master it, in Tanjiro's there's a whole history behind it as to why he starts using another one (but he doesn't abandon Breath of Water).

In all I suggest you start reading the manga, you seem interested, the series hasn't been running for too long, only has 162 chapters / 16 Volumes worth of content as of now, you will catch up quickly.
