first for the true protagonist will be revealed soon
That's a good point, but Norisuke's possibly dead in the future so it's possible some shit goes down and Jobin decides to do something drastic to save Tsurugi. Still hoping for some sort of ruse though because I don't want best dad to actually die.
Fun fun fun requiem
>Tsurugi possibly the Rock Boss
What? Why? Doubt it
>Speed King's true powers soon
Hopefully. The other 2 options are him getting a powerup or him not being the villain
>Sasame ended up being a fan favorite character
He's alright I guess. Just a dumb pathetic cunt
Reminder that
>Jobin is literally the best antagonist in the series. He is by no means a horrible person. No worse than most mobsters, but just because of the fact that we are following Josukes story and Jobins ideals just so happen to clash with Josukes so strongly, Jobin is labeled as the antagonist. Neither is good nor evil, theyre both fighting for their own desires and will do whatever it takes to get them. Both have their fight's, both have their family to lose, both have their perfectly justifiable reasons to obtain the fruit. It's just fate that makes one the hero and one the villain.
>I'd also like to add on to this the fact that the duality of Gappy and Joubin work pretty well. If we go back to the scene where Gappy is with Norisuke in a car, Norisuke pulls out a bear and robot and tells Gappy to choose. He chooses the bear, then calls him a "Yanki." Later on, when he first enters Joubins Room, we see Joubin tinkering with toy robots, which is the opposite of the bear, the Yanki, and by proxy Gappy. They're contrasting people in a similar situation, and their conflicting actions and unrivaled drive is literally affecting the world and the people around them.
> Josukes soft and wet uses bubbles, while speed King is heat based.
They counter eachother directly.
One represents the soft, the other is cold and robotic.
Jobins spikes on his outfit also tell us visually that he is a threat to josukes and his bubbles. Spikes pop bubbles.
And then there's the whole 'are you a man of the land or a man of the sea' thing. Josukes sailor outfit and theme shows he's a man of the sea. While jobins rocky motif and heat theme along with the reliance of the Earth's fruit shows he's a man of the land. And then there's Sasame in the middle of it all, about to set this grand conflict off and he bit his fingers off not being able to choose the land or the sea.
Arakino
tsurugi will fold the universe into an origami frog
Tsurugi just almost accidentally drowned a baby with his new stand evolution, right? Maybe he accidentally "killed" Norisuke too?
I've been saying Tsurugi would be the villain for years now and no one would believe me. Looks like I was right and you were wrong. There's no need for me to gloat anymore about though, and I'll graciously accept your apologies. It's okay to make mistakes, right? You're only human after all.
Bowing down to you tsurugi-chad
GOMENASAI ANONYMOUS-SAMA
You're still wrong tho
are you a man of the sea? or a man of the land? which is it? be decisive!
Tsurugi accidentally offing Norisuke somehow would be a good moment to reveal what exactly the cause and effect of his blackouts are. It could potentially be the hypest shit possible.
Literally what do Kaato-fags have to prove that shes gonna be "muh-first female main antagonist"
Literally not happening
Wait the duality shit actually confirms jobin is the main antagonist
Araki's loves having heavy duality between the protagonist and antagonist
I don't know about the end being near, but we are definitely getting close to the final battle.
I am a man of the zipper
kek'd
If Tsurugi is the main villain i'm gonna eat a sock
Nigga
>Self-proclaimed surfer
>as in, he calls himself a surfer but doesn't actually surf
>is dating a single mom
>considers the guy who bullied him into eating his fingers a best mate
He's a fucking card
Part 8 is as good as part 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and of course 1!
21st post best post
Araki writes a story where a 10 ten year old kid wonders if it is better to die or if he would be happy living and people saying is bad because MUH VILLAIN
part 8 is really good desu
Only brainlets criticize part 8 for not having a main villain. It's easily Araki's most unique part yet
Part 8 best part
so i know there is still no reveal for flashback man, but i gotta say, he really does look quite a bit like joubin, but without his hair clip and eye scar. maybe he was a prototype design for joubin and gappy was remembering him because he (in perhaps an earlier draft of JJL) took a much greater role with the rock humans in hunting him down when he was josefumi (seeing as how they are connected through the money laundering scheme)?
I won't lie, I've always liked the idea of having the antagonist being someone who's been "fused" like Josuke and as a result, having some OP ability. If Tsurugi can go from merely changing the perception of reality to actually altering spatial reality itself, that'd be some end boss shit. The only problem is that I don't see that with a PMK and King Nothing fusion.
Then again, let's see what Speed King does first. The best thing about reading Part 8 are the theories.
Nah it's definitely Jesus Christ reincarnated
I sincerely doubt at this point that FBM Is a retcon. If Araki can reference the wall eyes and make a character from the first volume show up 80 chapters later again with a more relevant role then there's no way he's forgotten Flashback Man
I doubt Tsurugi literally IS Satoru, but Satoru has definitely influenced him in some way. He was watching him outside of school, and also visited the meditation pine.
Speaking of the meditation pine, we see Satoru there in chapter 85 looking out to sea, and that’s where the baby that washed up after Johnny’s death was found. The baby was found like a solid decade before Satoru would have been born if he’s 89, but every Rock Human we’ve seen so far uses fake ages because they age far slower than regular humans and live far longer too. Wu was in his 50s but used the identity of a 30 year old man, so Satoru using the identity of a random elderly person to make his age slightly more believable for a hospital director (89 is pushing it, but if he was honest and said he was 100 years old they’d probably not let him work there much longer). So Satoru could very possibly be that baby, but another, perhaps coincidental detail regarding the meditation pine is that it’s where Tsurugi gets his first speaking role when he abducts Yasuho back in chapter 22. The meditation pine is also where the family goes to exchange their curse and where Johnny stashed Jesus before the corpse was recovered. Everything is gravitating around that tree.
that would be the most ideal option. im extremely pleased that we are getting some more of the stuff from earlier JJL being brought up again (now all we need is an explanation for the bite marks that gave Yasuho her stand).
Please no, the story has a lot of characters already and we are on the final countdown now, for once I hope Araki forgot about/reconnected him
based all-partsCHAD
Jobin appears in the very next chapter in his current design. Admittedly he’s in the background and it’s kind of a shitty sketch, but he’s very recognisable. If it WAS Jobin then Josuke would have remembered by now.
He’s clearly planned out Part 8’s plot ahead of time, even if the fights and abilities are made up on the spot as always. I was actually concerned about flashback man, but I have faith now considering it was Ojiro’s fight he was actually revealed in. The Wall Eyes were always gonna be relevant since the longest they went without being mentioned was only like 12 chapters, but I think we’re still gonna be waiting a while for answers on them. Making Mitsuba and Ojiro major characters reaffirms that Kyo and Karera will be important too.
what jojo youtubers do you guys like to watch? recently watch the shuckmeister video on "araki forgot moments" and its kinda embarrassing how much shuckmeister just totally missed or doesnt understand got explained. i like meti though, he seems to actually do his research.
So Tsurugi can mindcontrol people who touch his frogs now, right? It would make sense considering his stand was already messing with your mind
Most of them are shit, Meti in particular for having a hateboner for part despite making more videos talking about it positively than negatively. Also he somehow thinks MHA has the best writing of any shounen so yeah
Meti can't talk, gives Araki too much credit a lot of the time, and makes connections that are tenuous at best. But he's better than the rest of them in that he is intelligent and actually puts effort into his vids.
Why do every character look the same with Araki now
Araki's said as much that he's not afraid of throwing things away that he doesn't have a use for anymore. So it's very possible won't see him so up
I don’t watch JoJo youtubers becaese the idea in itself is pretty cringeworthy. I don’t see why people need a pretty straightforward shonen series explained and analyses outside a select few confusing parts. And also like you said, most of them are complete faggots with zero reading comprehension like the guy who made that Araki Forgot video.
>Implying Araki isn't going to make everything come together in the end full-circle
>in a part called JOJOLION
Rock Impact happening boys
I am NO LONGER HUMAN, user!
I doubt that'd apply for this part considering it's a mystery that's been built up for years now with so many points earlier on foreshadowing things that happen later/early plot points being addressed 70-80 chapters down the line. Flashback Man is too big of an outlier to just retcon, if that was his plan he could've just had the page removed in a later tanko like when they were releasing the colored version of the manga
Kaleb is pretty chill and not as pretentious from what I remember. XForts is just stupid and Meti is overanalyzing. I don't watch any jojotuber at this point regardless, but yeah I remember Kaleb being cool
Same reason why people watch videos analyzing films or a tv series. It's interesting seeing someone lay out different nuances of characters or whatever, especially if you're into storytelling and whatnot.
every jojo youtuber i have come across seems to really hate part 6. i cant understand why. MHA just bores me to death now, though i must admit, i really did love the first part of it. probably because it had the most all might per capita.
Personally, I believe it's not so much mind control but rather an evolution of his initial ability which was fucking with a person's perception. If Ojiro was being mind controlled then he wouldn't have tried to push Tsurugi off the cliff. Altered perception would also explain why Ojiro nearly walked off the cliff himself.
His explanation on why he called it JoJolion in volume 2 is pretty telling. It’s Evangelion (Greek world for ‘gospel’, not the anime) + Pygmalion (Greek myth about a sculptor who carved his perfect waifu out of stone, and the gods were so impressed that they brought her to life and made her love him unconditionally to reward him for making something so beautiful) + JoJo. I forget what book exactly it’s from, but there’s a bible verse about reuniting the Jews and gentiles as one superior race that likens it to grafting a branch to a different tree. JoJolion is about a grafted tree that is superior to both its predecessors. That’s just scratching the surface of the biblical stuff in JoJolion, it’s a lot more subtle than SBR’s biblical imagery but it’s definitely there.
Remind Tsurugi's gonna get King Crimson
I'm a man of the jacuzzi
Because it's the hot meme to hate on part 6, every time a new anime part airs subhumans have to find a new part to shit on for clout. It's gonna be SBR next I'm telling you
Ok, I will inform Tsurugi asap
yeah i like kaleb. he seems to be one of the few that doesnt seem like he's trying to outsmart araki and just treats it like any other manga. shame he stopped doing his custom stands series.
>grafted tree superior to its predecessors
>grafted human (Josuke) superior to his predeccors (4 balls, not depressed or autistic etc)
Perhaps humans and Rock Humans will be grafted into a new race worth more than the sum of its parts?
>Josuke Higashikata
>Jobin Higashikata
>Both the protagonist and antagonist are Jojo's
Arakino...
Is Tsurugi's new ability the same as the Head Doctor's?
When I saw that scene with the baby that's the first thing that crossed into my mind and apparently now he was the one who caused the iron gates incident even though the Head Doctor was there as well, at first I thought he and Tsurugi had some kind of alliance but now their relation has gotten pretty confusing.
What kind of connection do those two have? That's the biggest question this chapter raised to me by far.
>Jesus
It's Johnny.
>Giorno is the son of god
>Diavolo is the devil
Based.
If johnny is the main villain araki would have made sbr worthless
youtube.com
Thank you
>What kind of connection do those two have? That's the biggest question this chapter raised to me by far.
It does seem like Tsurugi's subconscious (which activates when he goes unconscious) and the Head Doctor are related but we are not exactly sure yet about whether Tsurugi's blackouts are because the rock disease is finally starting to take a toll on him or because the emotional stress is making his stand (and therefore his psyche) start going berserk.
However, if you pay attention their abilities aren't the same, both of them seem to be related to distorting people's spatial perception but the Head Doctor's is about putting objects on your way to slow you down and hurt you whereas Tsurugi's is moving people around (and putting them in dangerous places?)
What if it's bringing misfortune? Seems very similar to the head doctor, or even similar to KC in that the victims don't remember their actions. Maybe it activates homicidal/suicidal tendencies on the victim? Shit is wack either way
>Giorno, son of DIO (God)
>Son of God = Jesus
>mfw Jesus in Part 7 and 8 is Giorno who got phased from previous universe
metimeister best jojotuber ship
Best theory for me so far is that this is Kira's ghost dad
Could be. But when I think misfortune, my mind always defaults to D4C's Love Train.
He has never thrown away characters
JJL is just a big set-up to make Johnny the most shit on protag in JoJo. Not allowed to even die correctly.
That makes sense, still doesn't explain what was the head doctor doing there
>we're coming up on the end so Araki cant add a lot more characters
>one character still has their identity unknown: the head doctor
>IS HE REALLY 89!?!?!?
seems like a locked and solved case desu
What if the Higashikata first son curse is an alternate personality surfacing at set age?
And instead of sacrificing an older family member, they'll this time bury enough bodies to Wall Eyes that both the original and the alternate personality can inhabit one?
Love Train/D4C, to this date, is still the kinoest arc in all of JoJo, but with all of the buildup Tsurugi has been getting we might get to look forward to something even greater (or at least equivalent) for Part 8's ending.
How does Araki keep doing it anons? how can he keep making such amazing endings? out of all of the manga (and especially the action ones) I've read, JoJo is the only one where the endings are not just not underwhelming, but they are outright excellent and actually massively improve the experience.
Except for part 5 of course.
Because Araki can actually let things go
I think its either Kira's or Josefumi's dad too
*Especially
Part 5's focuses a lot in the philosophical message of the part and GER just obliterating Diavolo instantly might feel underwhelming for some anons, but honestly, I really liked it, Buccellati's soul telling Giorno that they had already fully won and passing on along with Abbacchio and Narancia was for me the hint that Diavolo was already done for, he just didn't know it yet, seeing GER swat the "invincible" King Crimson like a fly and giving Diavolo the eternal life he always sought also felt incredibly satisfying.
Regarding Rolling Stones, I'd say it's a necessary arc because it ultimately reinforces the Part's idea that while you can't choose how your life (or more exactly, fate) will play out, you can still take a stand against what you believe is unjust, regardless of the price you end up having to pay.
>eternal life
eternal (anti)climax*
>a lot in
lot on*
im loving the large amount of custom stand eye catches being made, especially for part 8
youtube.com
I have no fault with the Rolling Stones arc. And SCR is equally Arakino. Literally just GER ruins it for me. I guess the way the arc was structured around the arrow made an ending like that inevitable but an asspull is an asspull.
>Love Train/D4C
That fight is way too long. It makes up a third of SBRs serialization.
Araki has accepted the buddhist truth of cyclical death and rebirth into his works
You know it never clicked with me that GER was giving Diavolo some kind of eternal life. That's pretty cool.
will Araki actually pull a king crimson vs killer queen in part 8?
>89
>Skip time vs rewind time
Would be kino
>that inevitable but an asspull is an asspull.
The arrow was already shown to power up people in Part 4 and Polnareff outright stated that whoever got the arrow would acquire the power to control the souls of all living beings, GER nullifying KC's last lapse of erased time and reverting everything back to the way it was before turning him into puree and throwing him into the Tiber is pretty amazing.
Also, seeing Giorno and GER posing like this with Rome and the sun in the background while giving Diavolo a death stare will always send shivers running down my spine.
If you include everything from D4C's first reveal after Lucy stabs Valentine, not like there's anything wrong with that, the main villain should (rightfully) get a lot of screen time.
Speaking of part 5, it's been so long since the anime started that I forgot some of the great early moments. I really wanna rewatch it all now, but it's more sensible to wait til it finishes. Imma post some of the highlights I remember:
youtube.com
youtube.com
Jesus christ I forgot how demonic Polpo sounded
youtube.com
youtube.com
youtube.com
youtube.com
youtube.com
youtube.com
DP nailed so many things it's ridiculous. I'm so happy they're doing part 5 justice
You are better off waiting for the BDs user, I know I am going to do that before doing a rewatch.
How long after the ending will they drop?
Delicious brown
>after Lucy stabs Valentine
That's basically when the fight starts since Valentine is engaged in combat when our heroes show up soon. I don't find that interesting and just thought it dragged. Part 4,5, and 6 did their villains best since they're introduced early and we see them in action throughout the manga instead of all at the end. Although part 6 did drag its feet with the final fight too
jojo.fandom.com
The first 20 episodes have already been released in Japan, apparently, but we will probably have to wait for a year or so before they start popping up in the west.
i love that sound profile for moody blues. i cannot express how much they nailed abbachio and how cool they made every use of moody blues. good shit DP.
...
Damn Joshu, when'd you turn into a beefcake?
dilate
yikes
7=8>6>4>5>2>1>3
>short
I don't know what series' you're reading besides JJL but most monthly series I read are around 30 pages per chapter. This chapter was 41 pages and it's usually closer to 45, which is pretty good, especially when it's done consistently like in JJL. It's not as long as some of SBR's chapters but SBR was way out there in its own league in chapter length.
So we getting Jobin's hidden power next month boys?
i hope so. dont get me wrong, i actually really like his close range heating. i think it has a bunch of neat applications in that jojo kind of way. but it does seem like the time to reveal it
It'll be that he can control the speed of atoms.
>speeds up the roof so hard that it goes sun temp.
>the planet catches on fire
Epic win bro
>hidden power
did I miss something?
Valentine is introduced early though?
We don't see his stand and he doesn't have much of a presence
The character arcs of both Jobin and Tsurugi seem to hint that one of them (or even both) might be the "main villain" of Jojolion, however, despite having seen it for the first time in the beetle fight a few years ago we have very little information on how Speed King works exactly other than that it heats up stuff, so some anons have been speculating that its power is either:
a. far more complex and powerful than what we've managed to see until now.
b. he's going to get a power up that will make him into a very significant threat.
Kaato and head doctor are also possible candidates
Is Jojolion better than parts 3-6? I like JoJo but found after part 4 it started to drag, part 5 is especially dull.
Part 5 had a great crew and amazing fights user idk what you are talking about.
Part 5 is held back by poor translations and poor quality scans.
Not the best part but not as awful as people say.
The sbr are pretty good especialy d4c
Part 5 apologists
I would say both part 7 and 8 are better than any of the first 6, you can easily notice how the quality increased by going monthly
Crew are cool but it just feels like there is no direction just location to location with random bad guys. Giorno is dull as all hell too.
Aside from the Blue Hawaii arc (it's mostly ass, fucking fight me) it's been pretty good.
Its not the best part, for me that is 7 because I love Westerns, but it isn't dogshit.
Watch it being Kato's stand being able to insert anything "inbetween" and her inserting herself in the timeslips
>Sailor pissed because surfer spends a lot of time in the water
What was his problem?
No ill agree that giorno is blandest jojo and worst jojo.
>Disliking Blue Hawaii
Blue Hawaii was great. Josuke having to deal an enemy he can't see or directly fight was nice, the JoJo take on zombies was interesting, and the arc gave Josuke a sort of ruthlessness with him not give a shit about all the people getting killed chasing him
>jojo takes on zombies
But we already had Limp Bizkit
But that was weird
Blue Hawaii was good though, the only shitty one has been Urban Guerrilla.
The translation hasn't been bad for a while. And the b&w scans aren't terrible even if they aren't the best. The color version exists too if you want to read that. I read it with the new translation and still didn't think it was as good as 4 or 6.
I wouldn't say it's shitty, but it defiantly is the weakest fight in part 8
That's fair, it wasn't shitty, but it was the only fight in JoJolion that felt like a chore going through.
How gappy got infected was lame though. His shoe was already touched before.
>threaten cops in a stand fight
you will never be this based
...
Because the baby bled on Gappy's shoe, so it seeped in through the cloth and got to his foot.
> part 8 comes out so late that copyrights on stand namesakes have expired and we can have an OST making use of them
Which moments could be made most Kino?
> lietmotif of this song starts playing during the 「Born this way」chase when gappy uses phone
> urban guerilla fight with urban guerilla blasting
youtu.be
Until the infected baby, then he suddenly does care for just long enough to get caught.
I only watch JJBA Musical.
youtube.com
This is the best Jojo musical, btw.
>suddenly
He's exhausted and he would have to kill a literal baby to get away. He was at the end of his rope.
It showed that there was a limit to Gappy's ruthlessness and that his personality wasn't that of an absolute edgelord, he was also completely cornered so it was either bashing the skull of a fucking baby and killing it or getting caught.
>>>r/Jojo
Why are you acting like Yea Forums and reddit aren't the exact same thing?
Fucking Yea Forumsedittors.
This is a shot in the dark, but could akeru satoru's age be a clue? maybe AU Speedwagon?
Also the point was Gappy gave up anyway
Stone disease>stand evolution?
Or is PMK becoming sentient when Tsurugi passes out?
>part 8 will come out in 60+ years
A bit pessimistic don't ya think?
It was stated a few chapters earlier that it was a change of heart. Tsurugi is going through some rough shit so his stand evolved
I can't wait for part 6 to be animated.
Given how David Prodcution's adaptations improved comparing to previous parts and part 5, the next ones are going to be perfectly kino
wrong format jpeg, pardon
Reminder that meti has a 6'4 girlfriend with giant tits that pegs him daily
Lucky guy, do they do it to episodes of Shimoneta, aboringworldwheretheconceptofdirtyjokesdon'texist?
bros I just want to fuck Daiya
> claims she listens to dad rock
> names her stand after a Rhianna song
She's a phony, user
I thought he was gay
>Joubin vs Gappy happens and Joshu is being forced to pick a side.
NUT
Joshu is gonna take out both of them and become the ALPHA MALE, and sweep Yashuo of her feet and walk of into the sunset while trying to carry her in his twig arms.
IT FINALLY CLICKED. Tsurugi and Joubin will fuse just like Josefumi and Kira to become one person which will be the main antagonist of part 8. This is now the correct answer and anyone who says something else is wrong
Reminder the "final battle" in Steel Ball Run took up about a third of the part
Same, all the part 6 haters are gonna get BTFO
A small child and a 30+ year old man fusing is disturbing to think about.
>Yashuo helps Gappy
>Jobin moves to do whatever to her
>Joshu takes the hit and is dying now
>last words he hears are "You were a good friend, Joshu"
>Nut king call remains going berserk because of it for awhile before finally fading
Watch this: Sasame will say that his stand ability evolved after all that beating and now he can use Fun Fun Fun as a regular punch-ghost. Much like what happened to Rohan. And then Sasame will reveal that he became successful mangaka.
Silly SOtist. Part 6 is going to get the quality duwang treatment.
Should I reread Jojolion? First started reading in 2013 and forgot most of it but i'd guess Araki also forgot over the years so not much matters?
can anyone who has the new part 4 hardcover volume confirm if the stand names are censored or not? It's the only thing that's keeping me from buying it
>erased by bookmark by mistake
link pls
yes, its up there with 7 as one of the best parts
Yes because it’s great
they unfortunately have the copyright names
shit
thanks a lot brah
First half of part 8 is kino, then it gets weird but the latest arc has been really great. Read it
More disturbing than two guys with no known girlfriends fusing?
It gets better the closer to completion the story gets - reread it now and get excited for the upcoming kino arc
Jojolion got pretty weird and aimless after Vitamin C despite the protagonists having a definite goal, but it's really picked up again recently.
Why did Gappy stop calculating the heights and lengths of everything
he realized it was too autistic
>Yoshikage & Josefumi were so gay they merged into the straightest JoJo
He'll do it again in the final fight
and it'll be cut out in the anime again haha
Blue Lagoon into the next fight I forgot felt a bit pointless and aimless but, poor tom was good and I think part 8 starts to get amazing once again was with that doctor fight and Jobin's wife comes into the scene and gets a miscarraige. Like wtf is wrong with you Araki?
He is actually Jojolion version of The Funniest Valentine
>Been looking about the songs based on the stands for part 8
>Twin stand users stands are based on youtube.com
Araki is into some wierd obscure shit now huh?
>Walking heart's video has 5k views
wew.
Will we ever live long enough to see an adaptation of Jorge Joestar?
I like it.
Is Gappy getting Killer Queen or spin for the final bossfight powerup?
wasn't the reference for Awaking III Leaves even more obscure?
Guys, but really, 89? Seriously? 89!
Apex twin isnt that obscure, his biggest song has 93 mil on spotify
youtube.com
Holy crap you are right
youtube.com
>all the comments on both songs are just jojo fans
Can anyone use waybackmachine and check how many views both songs had before they were in part 8?
Maybe Sheer Heart Attack? He already has Killer Queens bomb ability
>He already has Killer Queens bomb ability
Does he? Since when?
> When your grandpa only listened to native american flute music but then you realize it's a jojo reference and he was based the holy time and you should have spent more time with him
Is 10cm the worst range of any Stand in the series?
More than enough to please any woman, if you know how to use it.
That's what people with small stand ranges say
Aphex Twin is not obscure.
I feel like the song relations to A3L and Walking Heart are kind of stretching. Walking Heart is more likely to be referencing that song though.
One of the apex twins need to touch stuff to work his stand so probably is worse
>it still has further hidden abilities
>appears to be 10cm
Joubin shows up for the first time pretty early on and even though you don't get a good look at him, he looks nothing like that, so I doubt it was ever meant to be him.
It's not like a woman can take all two meters of your stand range
I don't know how that is worded in japanese, but the fact that it says "appears to be" sounds like the info is not entirely true, so maybe there are conditions for its range? I mean, SK driving a car was farther than 10cm.
This makes perfect sense. At the very least, Tsurugi NEEDS to fuse with somebody, because there's no way he's getting his hands on the fruit.
>And then Sasame will reveal that he became successful mangaka.
Araki outright said once he wanted to introduce a mangaka into Jojolion... During 2013. So obviously he changed plans; I think that character morphed into Rai.
""From here on out, in JoJolion, I plan to focus on the Higashikata family in more detail. But it won't be linked to Part 4 in any way. People keep asking me when Kishibe Rohan will appear, so let me answer that question: he won't. (Laugh) That is absolutely set in stone. Another weird mangaka will appear, though.""
But what if Tsurugi's new power accidentally kills Norisuke, forcing Tsurugi to fuse with him? It could also be a likely scenario.
Early higashikatas were weird
Back when part 8 had soul.
When Mitsuba appeared in recent chapters I couldn't even tell it was her until she was namedropped.
Wtf is that joubin with a mullet
>bald maid
Awkward WIP designs are soul now
the b/w skirt is better than her current outfit, though probably harder to draw.
Heres a guide for this:
>old=good=soul
>new=bad=soulless
The meaning of ojirou comeback is to make a parallel with josuke, in the first fight we get to know josuke Powers and name making us think that he is the Jojo, and now It Will happen to jobin where the main character and Jojo status is passed to him
Does Araki hand draw those head things in text each time or does he have some stamp?
We're 87 chapters in and there is still no indication of the main villain
after the UG fight, it was hinted at the S&W bobbles aren't typical soap bobbles but are threads "spinning"
Cringe
So? This chapter was a blast.
a main villain isnt necessary
I know literally NOTHING about JoJolion.
I challenge you, user. To explain this part of JoJo to me in 50 words or less.
wait is this the same guy from the start of the manga?
Why does there need to be a "main villain"? The intrigue right now with 3, possibly 4 competing factions all going for the same goal is interesting.
No
Cant
Unironically holly is the main villain
I miss josuke, bros
Jojo is an amnesiac chimera of two different people caused by supernatural fruit. Rock humans want the fruit to get rich. Jobin wants the fruit to stave off a family curse. Jojo wants the fruit to heal his sick mother.
t. shounenshitter
Anons, can anyone please remind me what the head doctor's age was?
Why can't Jobin and Gappy share the fruit?
Because jobin is a gigantic nigger
AIDA MITSU~~~~~O
Jobin was working with the rock humans until Poor Tom betrayed him, and Josuke has been killing rock humans like nobody's business
WELL, IT'S A GREAT QUOTE, AFTER ALLLL
Araki really love to construct Jobin personality with those small pieces of word, kino.
What did he mean by that?
The last person joshu should talk to is not with that hoe, but with gappy desu.
>It's gonna be SBR next I'm telling you
Can't people just enjoy shit for once? Remember when everyone hated on part 5 and then the anime came out and suddenly almost nobody hates it anymore? Can't wait till part 6 airs and we start getting "SBR is overrated trash" or "the reboot universe sucks".
>Is Tsurugi's new ability the same as the Head Doctor's?
I've been thinking of this too. They seem kind of similar.
They did my boy justice, the last scene of him seeing his partner again was perfectly done.
OCEAN MAN
Based Chadshu.
Foreshadowing????
The Speedwagon Foundation was a pharmaceutical company in the original universe and they were a sponsor of the SBR race in this universe. They’d be pretty interested in a fruit that heals almost any injury, and that video with Wu in it explaining how the Rokakaka works was aimed at shareholders, which I could see the Speedwagon Foundation being. 89 is most likely a fake age anyway since he’s a Rock Human and he was likely alive during SBR and old enough to establish or at least be part of the Speedwagon Foundation from the start, but his fake identity being 89 and his design being reminiscent of old man Speedwagon definitely seems like a reference.
Part 1 Joshu
4 ≥ 7 > 8 > 5 ≥ 3 > 2 > 6 > 1
It’s not quite the bomb ability, but his bubbles have minor explosive power. Damo pointed this out when he saw Soft & Wet, saying it was just Josefumi’s ability, but then one of the bubbles popped next his his head and it shattered his glasses, which made him remark that it must have inherited some of Killer Queen’s abilities.
It means he can only apply heat to things 10cm away from the Stand, the Stand itself appears to have the typical 2-5 metre range.
Yes.
Yes.
The branch is actually growing two fruits, since it did when Josefumi and Kira harvested them. So Josuke and Jobin can have a fruit each and the branch will remain, so more can be grown.
Gappy kept Soft and Wet with slight changes so Tsurusuke could keep one of the two stands with PMK's buffed ability
People seem to be forgetting that if another exchange happens, it won’t be a fusion as people call it it will result in 2 people. The parts that didn’t get used to create Josuke were combined into a body of their own, but because Kira died before the exchange that body was already dead when it was created. If anyone else ‘fuses’ then it’s going to result in 2 brand new people.
Josuke = Jo + Suke (which can also be read as "Jo" in kanji or whatever)
So Joubin isn't a jojo
Wasn't the fusion only because Kira and Josufumi were buried in the special soil? The Rokakaka being something separate.
I wonder how that works. Since both of them are half of each would they be like identical twins? Could be a deadly duo for the finale.
Walking Heart and Awaking III Leaves are not music references.
What are they?
In a series where almost everything is on some level is a musical reference these specific stands just so happen to not be?
Playing card references.
It was a mix of the New Rokakaka and the soil. The original Rokakaka exchanges one illness or injury in a target for another one. The Wall Eyes soil exchanges illnesses or injuries between two targets buried in it. The New Rokakaka has the same effect as the Wall Eyes soil but now conveniently portable. Josuke’s case is special considering all the factors at play, but the principle of it is that you can effectively become immortal by continually exchanging your diseases and injuries away with the New Rokakaka, and in extreme cases effectively create a new person at the cost of another one’s life.
you can reference music and playing cards at the same time user
Okay, but what about Gappy and Joshuu's bite marks
Joshu’s bite mark first appeared while he was in hospital. Yasuho had them too, and hers first appeared at the hospital while trying to meet Holly. Holly even said something ominous about how Yasuho was fated to guide her son. So the bite marks are seemingly linked to Holly and/or the hospital, which the current arc revolves around. So they’ll probably come into play once Holly is finally cured.
Do you genuinely believe that Araki intended to reference those songs?
That's pure lore i guess, same with the Davil's palm of part 7
It seems to be the symbol of the Wall Eyes granting someone a stand.
_____ __________
Based hairposter.
Gappy and Joshuu already had their stands, didn't they?
Gappy was a newborn who had inherited a fusion of two stands, and Joshu didn’t have his stand before the story, unlike the rest of his family.
Joshu had that flashback where he used Nut King Call with Milagro Man before Gappy had even shown up
We know Ojiro used to live near the Wall Eyes, and rock humans are predisposed to be stand users, but how was Kira able to get Killer Queen? Plain Joestar lineage?
Was Milagro Man before the events of JJL?
Part 8 is shit
Actually, Milagro Man was set two weeks before Kaato returned, which was well after Josuke had joined the Higashikata household.
He also lived in Morioh.

VAGINA ISN'T THE SAME AS UTETHRA YOU MOUTHBREATHING VIRGIN RETARD
HOLY FUCK HOW MUCH OF AN IDIOT CAN YOU BE
Wu didn’t specify which hole it was until several chapters later.
Why did Araki stop drawing 4 scars and just draws 2 now
pics
Having 4 scars probably cluttered the art a lot. Especially in smaller panels.
These days it's becoming more and more common to shit on part 4 and praise part 5 and even 3, you'll notice this particularly with faggots who got Jojo from Toonami.
People have also started shitting on 7 more, part of it is justified criticism - dropped character arcs, a weak beginning, Valentine losing 90% of his impact on rereading - but plenty more is just nostalgiafaggots bleating that the OG verse was better. 8 is being shit on a lot too, but I suspect that's actually somewhat justified due to how sterile and bland the translation is - the characters come off as really lifeless and boring, much like the Ignition-1 scans but with better grammar.
Did speedwagon die a virgin?
Not anally
The only dropped arcs I remember is I guess poco loco. Am re reading part 7 the beginning is slow but idk how that makes it bad. Its world building for this western setting and all the characters.
Wouldn't it be funny if this is actually just us nearing the halfway-point of the story and the other half is Gappy and whoever joins up with the gang, exploring the country of the rock men where the fruit came from, to confront the final big bad?
haha
>die
he's alive and well for an [87] year old man
Can you imagine if they got on a boat to rocknigger land and didnt get off for like 20 chapters? That would be haha worthy
No he had sex Erina while they both roleplayed as Jonathon
MOMMY zuku
haha imagine if the boat trip was simply the 2nd act of part 8 and rock men land was part act 3
how old would we all be by the time this finishes? lol
Sandman, Diego, Hot Pants and arguably even Norisuke had shitty conclusions, particularly Hot Pants, the only side character to get a good one was Mountain Tim.
I swear if Tsurugi gets some ridiculous nonsense power like "folding time" I'm gonna lose it
Sandman would’ve been better had they actually shown how he joined Valentine’s side.
The anime always could. It fleshed out the hitman team way more.
Folding space/time is an actual theoretical physics thing. It's the basis for the theory of how wormholes might work.
Friendly reminder that Sandman died offscreen and Soundman took his place, they're two entirely different characters.
Unironically the most retarded thing Araki has ever written in his career.
This is correct.
Is part 8 almost done? I don't want to start it until it's done.
Most likely a stamp.
At least a few more years I'd say.
Soundman arc was trash dog
Wait are you guys joking?
Why did you think Diego and Hotpants had bad conclusions? They fought an overpowered villian, lost and died.
It could reach about 150 episodes max, from the look of it. Theory threads like this one are great, so you won't be disappointed if you start right now.
>Calls Queen and Yes "dadrock"
Maybe I'll Just start it then. I'm just weird when it comes to stuff like this. I would rather wait for it to finish than catch up to the current chapter and wait once a month for each new chapter. Only time I can ignore this if it's for a series like One Piece that isn't dying anytime soon.
They are.
No, think about it. Soundman is far more dickish than Sandman, he comes out from in between two objects, and Diego couldn't detect him with his Dino powers, and he was allied with Valentine. Part 7 was monthly so its likely that Araki already developed the idea for D4C with his extra time rather than coming up with it at the last second.
>Wait are you guys joking?
From the beginning you see Sandman using sand powers, like when he registered for the run, and then Soundman emerges from two objects and uses sound powers. It's a detail that you might not notice in your first read, as you're not supposed to know how D4C works.
I always thought that was some sort of cellar he came out of.
Not that guy, but I can see the idea behind this theory now.
Maybe. Ill buy it. Am re reading part 7 coloured so ill come back and bitch about stuff I missed
Yea I saw him in the begining fucking with sand but I remembered his powet and stand was sound so I thought it was weird. I still think the begining is good slow but now I like it a bit more desu.
>Gappy used SHA to save Josefumi
Normally I'd agree with you, but the mystery of JoJolion and all the speculation that happens in threads like this makes it a lot of fun every month when a new chapter comes out.
It's also sad when you realise that Sandman died offscreen and failed his sister just like that. Here he is using sand powers.
1 ≥ 5 > 3 > 2 > 8 ≥ 6 > 4
Didn't think about that :(
Wonder how he died.
Pretty based. But for me
7>4>8>5>1>6>2=last half of 3>first half of 3
Hopefully when SBR gets animated in 2040 DP will add a scene giving him a proper sendoff.
Because of all the dropped character and plot points? Hot Pants' whole backstory with the Vatican, Diego's deal with his father, it was all dropped really unceremoniously and awkwardly and was a waste of both characters and retroactively made their backstories wastes of time that went nowhere.
Probably slept with 14 year old hookers back in his Ogre Street days
Assuming this theory is ture, my guess is:
A) FV tried to recruit him.
Sandman said no.
FV killed him to remove the risk of the whole you can't see your other self thing, and then recruited Soundman who was more evil and/or easier to influence
B) Sandman just died from unrealted causes at some point, and FV used this to his advantage to recruit Soundman
Autism
Why?
It's possible that Valentine went to a dimension where Soundman was already at his command, and then borrowed him into the one with the corpse, then sent someone to kill Sandman to prevent them from seeing each other.
Just because a character was built and they died doest mean all that build up was wasted user.
>character didn’t win
>Wtf? All of their development meant nothing!
Don't ever try to write anything.
Brainlet. Them being built up made them feel like actual characters and was a surprise when they died. Its fine when characters die idk why you dont see it like that.
How would you end their stories?
No you just have poor taste. There is nothing wrong with a character, especially a side character failing in a world like SBR.
It keeps the story interesting and unpredictable. And mildly more interesting.
Just because they were built up doesn't mean they have to succeed.
Not the guy that you guys are responding to but the reason Diego and Hot Pants death felt unsatisfying to me was because it didn’t really conclude their character arcs in a way that made sense. It made sense for the overall story but both of their character arcs felt unresolved. Hot Pants in particular because her death was honestly kind of pathetic, it was basically an afterthought. Characters can die and still have satisfying ends to their arcs, look at Abbacchio, FF or Mountain Tim. Diego’s death was pretty well done and worked pretty well for Valenrine’s development and presentation, but for Diego himself it was disappointing. Doubly so when we get alt Diego in the epilogue, which shits all over Diego as his own character separate from Dio.
Just my thoughts on it.
>Doubly so when we get alt Diego in the epilogue, which shits all over Diego as his own character separate from Dio.
Alt Diego is a separate character from Diego.
I dont want to factor in alt.diego into why someone or myself would dislike his death more and I dont think its a good reason. But Hot pants could have been given a bigger panel shore but thats more art rather then writting. But Its been a while since I read part 6 but FF and Abbachio all died fighting the mainwhile trying to one up them so I dont understand what you mean.
I know it’s a separate character, it just felt like a sort of slap in the face given SBR was about doing something radical and new without relying too heavily on the past, only to end it on DIO’s World scenes remade but worse. High Voltage as an arc wrapped up Johnny and Lucy’s arc brilliantly, but alt Diego feels really out of place and like the story needed to ape Part 3 to be good, which it didn’t because it was already great in its own way.
Gappy and Joshu become friends by teaming up to kick Tooru's ass.
It’s more that the way they died didn’t conclude their character arcs in a meaningful way. Abbacchio managed to finally see something through to completion and redeem himself in his own eyes. FF finally decided how to give her life her own meaning by giving it for Jolyne. Diego and Hot Pants died trying to stop Valentine, but Diego’s death didn’t really have anything to do with his character arc revolving around his father and superiority complex at all. There was no real conclusion to any of that build off with the way he died. Hot Pants only really got backstory just before the final battle started so you could argue she found absolution for letting her brother get eaten by a bear in dying for a greater cause, but she died so underwhelmingly and almost offscreen, there was no attempt to even tie her character arc into her death. This less to do with her character arc, but the plot line of the Vatican wanting the corpse doesn’t really go anywhere either. Diego’s death was decent but disappointing considering the quality of prior major deaths with how they tied into character development, but Hot Pants was honestly pretty bad.
How many chapters do we have left? 20?
Why do you guys want to see the end of Jojolion so bad? Do you understand that this the last manga of Araki, right? Let him do whatever he wants
Probably minimum. Even that seems kind of low but at the same time I really have no idea where the story is going.
Way more than that user. SBR’s final battle was 36 chapters, and JoJolion has way more characters and plot threads than SBR. The final battle probably won’t even begin until the countdown ends.
>just read reddit's chapter 87 thread
Why do so many of these fucking faggots take the "___ will gain king crimson" troll theories so seriously? I'm seeing multiple post chains of these fucking faggots supporting the theories that Tsurugi will get king crimson. Which youtuber's fault is this?
Both Diego and Hot Pants get inner monologues about their motives prior to the battle.
The top bull himself: youtu.be
cringe
>first comment is Araki forgot LOL
What are some unironc, legit Araki "forgot" moments? Some of Giornos powers and what else?
>inb4 Josuke going back in time to save himself
He forgot why he had his hair maybe or w.e in an interview but we have no proof he was going to use bites the dust to go back in time escpailly when Kira, and therefore bites the dust, was planned much latter.
>DIO having hermit purple
Scraped ideas arent the same thing.
They are unsatisfying to a extent because they were well developed side characters but ultimately they were that, side characters (although far better than many in previous parts). Not every single character has to have a neatly tied knot of a character arc before finally being allowed to die, specially given the context of the story in which death can be abrupt and sudden.
then go read black clover or some shit nigger
you pointed the arrow the wrong way
>last manga of Araki
Source needed. And "he's getting older" isn't a source. He seems to be in great health and loving what he's doing.
>Gappy getting King Crimson
If anything it’ll be Tsurugi since weird shit keeps happening when he blacks out. But even then that’ll be stupid
OR it’s the effects of Another One Bites the Dust where events that happened in the rewound future are fated to happen even if something in the present change
Not him but he’s 59 and if you look at the average amount of pages he’s been doing since going monthly it’s been steadily decreasing over time. He’ll never stop drawing but I could see him retiring from serialised work at some point in his 60s (probably after JJL is finished) and doing irregular chapters and one-shots once it becomes too difficult to keep up with regular serialisation. He still averages like 43 pages per chapter which is pretty good for a guy his age, a ton of mangaka way younger than him get nowhere near that many pages a month, so he’s not gonna be retiring any time soon, but it’s definitely a reality we’ll have to deal with at some point. JoJolion will be his last full length manga unless he publishes a hypothetical Part 9 irregularly over like 30 years or if he lets his assistants take over more art duties.
Because Araki is a vampire who terrorizes his town
Don’t forget he has a shit ton of assistants so they could start picking up whatever he can’t finish
JJL has been pretty consistently around 45 pages with some chapters being less. I think one chapter was like 25 pages (during the Poor Tom arc) but that was because Araki was doing something on top of JJL. Maybe there's been a bit of a dip but it's not significant really. SBR was all over the place too. With some chapters being ~70 pages and others being ~40 or so. And 40 chapters is still higher than most monthly manga I read. I went through and got the first 10 chapters of JJL and the last 10 lengths.

This has to be one of the coolest non-Stand thing a Jojo character has done in a long time.
>Araki manages to build suspense concerning a villain you saw get beaten up twice all ready
Damn, that's honestly pretty impressive
The mountly manga that I read, besides JoJo are Berserk, Vinland Saga, and Houseki No kuni. Berserk is going south and after farmland arc Vinland Saga as well, only Houseki No kuni and JoJo part 8 are holding up for both Art and Story. As for pages Miura has the balls, the fucking audicety to put out a 7 page chapter... and Houseki is around 20 pages or so. Vinland is like anywhere from 20-mid 30s. JoJo is doing great with everything. Araki is great
What a chad. Shame he had to have fun drowning women. Wonder why he does't do it to the mom. If he did't maybe him and Kira could have been friends once he told Kira what kind of man he was.
This might sound stupid, but even though I knew that Damo was basically a drug dealer, I honestly thought his dry cleaner business was legit.
>Johnny Joestar learned Japanese in 1892
>you still can't in 2019
>Araki conquered weekly Shoenen
>Went and conquered Monthly Seinen as well
I don't plan to visit Japan anytime soon you weeb faggot. I'm fine with English, Spanish, and French
H-he had been literally chosen by Jesus. How could a person like him NOT learn Japanese?
There are monthly series that get 40+ pages per chapter but they're generally less consistent. Ajin gets up there but also at least recently has had partial chapters that might be 15 pages or less. I remember Soul Eater had 40+ page chapters but I think I went back and checked recently and it wasn't that consistent. Araki was crazy with SBR having 50+ page chapters consistently for a while.
8 is the slowest part by far. That being said, it'll probably be right behind 7 if it finishes strong.
The shortest Poor Tom chapter was 31 pages. There have been two chapters under 30 pages so far; Paisley Park and Born This Way Part 4 and Hato Brought Her Boyfriend Home Part 1, both at 26 pages.
Slower manga are better on the reread than fast paced manga.
This, anyone who isn't a complete idiot or a sycophant is able to tell the difference between a character failing and a character being killed off with their arc ended prematurely and unsatisfactorily. Gyro is the former. Diego and Hot Pants are the latter.
If you want an example of a character being killed off abruptly in a way that was an actual fitting conclusion to their arc, look at Narancia - viciously snuffed out before he could return home and finish school the way he wanted to. This added to the story. HP and Diego's deaths did not.
oRAY no Nam Eye Aye Wah Jaw-knee Joe-Sue-Tar-U Day Sue

You can [not[ stando
Johnny was from Kentucky so he unironically would sound like this.
Perhaps Paper Moon King and the skin illness of the Higashikata Family are the same thing and as one entity can manifest in the form or a remote autonomous stand that over the last century has directed the rock humans in Morioh while plaguing the Higashikata line. That said I believe I remember correctly the skin illnes had existed well before SBR but perhaps the temporary diplacement of Christ's corpse may have induced a strength boost to the stand's capabilities, allowing it to operate remotely under the guise of a human masquerading as a doctor. just spitballin
To think places like Kentucky get repped in JOJO is a pleasant thought
A man of the sea Who has an irrational fear of the ocean
Id probably lean closer to it being Kira's dad
has a similar facial structure, plus would be a good call back to Part 4 Kira's dad
>HP/Diego
>Snuffed out before they can return home and finish their mission/bet
My thoughts on this are shaping to be there is no reason to not think a stand might be the final villain. KC was the same way since it ran the Neapolitan mafia using Doppio as a host, who was declared legally dead twenty years prior. it was the perfect cover for an underground boss, and only after reading Vento Aureo twice, and Jojolion so far does that click for me.
I've never not be made they didn't use these colors for Giorno in the anime adaptation. The hot pink just looks jarring.
>This added to the story. HP's and Diego's deaths did not.
I hope based Norisuke isn’t dead his stand is awesome and he’s my favorite character from this part
I was hoping he would be revealed to be the villain so he would be for sure playable in future games
Does that mean that Speed King can't leave a 10cm radius of Jobin, or does it mean that it can heat things up from 10cm away?
If it's the former, then it's the worst, but if it's the latter, then it's at least a little bit better than stands that need to touch things.
>wierd obscure shit
Aphex is not obscure, he's been a legend since the '90s. But his mainstream success is kinda limited (eg. "Windowlicker", "Come To Daddy")
Honestly it's about time an electronic great got honored in JoJo, shame Aphex Twin kinda got shafted by being a pretty mediocre minor villain who gets completely overshadowed by Can (Damo Tamaki).
Stand ranges are usually how far the stand can be from its user. Jobin already showed he can ignite things at distance from himself once he's touched it.
I'd never considered this before, so is all the stuff Soundman says to Johnny about it being his real name and Sandman being a mistranslation the non natives call him bullshit then?
I thought it was how the Wall Eyes granted Stands, like the arrow cutting you.
Diego and HP were not central to Gyro and Johnny's story which is the main story. Their death and their goals being cut short would't add anything to their story idk what you are on about
Is't part 3 manga shorter then Part 4 and 5? Why was the anime longer then?
Because it's the most iconic and Japan still circlejerks about Jotaro and the part in general.
I still don't believe Hot Pants is dead
Bruh he's literally Abbacchio
His stand is awesome?
>No combat abilities
>Long range, and automatic
>Doesn't even notice when it activated around Jobin
Just because it looks cool doesn't mean it's awesome. King Nothing is... Nothing.
Because Part 3 was the most popular part of the manga based on when it was serialised, so it’s been used as the poster boy for the whole series and Warner wanted to shill it hard. It backfired though, since even the Japs thought they made it too long and drawn out and nowadays Part 5 is more popular amongst the Japanese fanbase.
I have to ask, why do the japs love part 5 SO much? Giorno is the blandest JoJo, I love the crew and the fights but still.
Cute boys, great fights and they also love anything Italian. Also Giorno is Dio’s son so even if he’s a little boring he’s adored anyway. Keep in mind that the average Japanese fan is just as dumb as the average English speaking fan, a lot of their discussions are pure fucking cancer even worse than this place.
Sucky sucky love long time
It looks cool, the song it’s based on is cool, and it’s not just Moody Blues, it can track things
>doppio had 2 forms: a kid in his early twenties and a man in his mid thirties
>tsurugi has 2 forms: a 10-year-old boy and an 89-year-old man
>doppio kept mistaking random objects for phones
>tsurugi has a stand that can make people mistake random objects for phones
What the hell is even happening anymore
Any one else really dislike the blue lipstick that Johnny has in part 7?
I didn't read it colored so no.
>reading the coloured version before black and white
Ever since we found out that every Higashikata Stand has a "king" in its name, King Crimson was expected to appear.
I never said I did though? am re reading it now in color
well there’s your problem
I am a man of FATE BENDING TO MY WILL
>Giorno is the blandest JoJo
He's not if you read him in Japanese!
Every line he says is the fucking best, but imo coolness gets lost in translation, especially for him.
i just wanted to know if I was the only one who disliked the lip color dam it.
Don't respond to trolls
lmao
Will Mitsuba murder Makorin?
Who wants to bet the footprints leading into the house will never be properly explained?
(I mean it's probably Ojiro, but are they actually going to say that outright?)
It seems the head doctor shows up at places prior to Tsurugi blackimh out and makinh things move around, both at the school yard and now at that tree over the wall eyes. I have a feeling the latter spot is going to be VERY important to the climax of the plot, foreshadowed by Sasame worrying about Tsurugi falling over down the cliff. I know that the ground around there can do equivalent exchanges, so maybe the wall eyes around there are the requiem arrow of this universe, hence their stand-granting ability, plus the imagery of the head doctor looking like silver chariot requiem while on that hill.
I wish I had a Pillar Woman gf to call me a pathetic vermin and remind me that my life is completely fleeting compared to hers as she sits on my face and uses her body manipulation to do unspeakable things to my dick
That's true in Soundman's dimension, the real Sandman died offscreen.
Ojiro left it precisely so Jobin would rush to check on the rokakaka, after that he only needed to record it in the phone he gave to Tsurugi.
Are posts like this serious or are they advanced trolling? 'would't' and 'idk' make me suspicious alone ignoring how stupid the rest of the post is.
They don’t need to be explained, they were on the windowsill so it’s pretty obvious we opened the window to get a better foothold while climbing onto the roof.
It's a bit arrogant of you to assume you'd mean that much to her user

I would train in the arts of Hamon for 50 years to impress her in battle
>and arguably even Norisuke had shitty conclusions
Yeah kickstarting the next part is not a 'shitty' conclusion.
Does having a Stand give the owner a higher IQ? I know I couldn't survive all the tricks and puzzles other Stand users do in battle.
What the fuck is a soundman
Typos can happen user. Its been a while but, Diego and Hot pants are no where near as relevant as Narancia or FF were to their central protags. They had their own stories and it crossed path with our main heroes sure but they are not as relevant to them.
You'd be a jobber without special genes.
Genes mean nothing, it’s hard work, quick thinking, and determination that matter on the battlefield
yeah okay Dire
That same spot is where that washed up baby was found wasn't it.
Zoomers were truly a mistake, weren't they
Yep. It’s also where the shrine the equivalent exchange happens at and where Tsurugi kidnapped Yasuho.
>implying you could beat the Thunder Cross Split Attack
Reminder that Pillar Women would look like this
You're right, I should've said Straights.
Or Tompetty.
Or Messina.
Or Loggins.
Or Caesar's dad.
Or Lisa Lisa.
someone tell me what the hell happened here. how could Norisuke be dead without explanation but he appears to be alive just this chapter?
PART 7 IS 1+2
PART 8 IS 4+5
PART 9 IS EoH[/spoiler)
Flash forward.
I am gonna find out who got the get
What are you morons babbling about.
Sandman says his real name is Soundman and "Sandman" is just the name given to him by the whyte man. End of story.
>Paper Moon
>Rihanna song
"It's Only a Paper Moon" is from 1933
Someone didn't read A Streetcar Named Desire back in middle school
>implying Lisa Lisa, a person who almost killed Kars, isn’t impressive
>implying any of these people aren’t respectably strong
Pay attention to the times and dates at the start of each chapter, speedreader.
Norisuke is literally dead without explanation since we have no idea what's happening in that flash forward
>almost killed Kars
user... I...
But all his tribesmen in chapter 1 call him Sandman.
He would have lost if he fought fairly
Pay attention user. That part was 13 minutes before the harvest and we’re currently 5 days before the harvest. The plot is jumping around but it’s not that hard to follow.
That doesn't count as 'almost killing' him. As it stands, she didn't land a single blow.
Remember, this isn't about strength. It's about being a jobber, which you will be without special genes.
Everyone saying Tsurugi is new final villain with a Diavolo side, answer this: how would he also be an 89 year old, when people around him who are alive have memories of him since he was born? Diavolo could pull his shtick only because he burned down his entire town. Tsurugi is a child with family that can constantly watch him. How would he develop an elderly alternate personality and live a complete double life that's been recognized as legitimate by hospital workers long enough to trick both said workers and his family?
>Anne
Because they think he's a race traitor and make fun of him by calling him by his wypepo name.
She was written out like Fugo, not retconned, and also not a major character like Kira’s little sister.
Even his sister who loves him and supports him?
She could have killed him.
Genes don’t determine how good of a hamon user you are. Joseph still had to train for a while before he was even on par with some of the people you mentioned, George was a jobber who didn’t even have instinctual hamon knowledge, and Lisa Lisa was a high-tier master despite just being some random guy’s kid and being raised by Straights, who was another “jobber” you mentioned
It’s all skill, no genetics
Again, you're acting like this is about skill. It's not. It's about being a jobber.
Straights was a jobber and he raised a jobber who didn't even hit, let alone kill, a single pillar man. Such is life for those without special genes.
That’s because he gave up his gains to be a vampire
If he had trained for a few more years he could have been a somebody instead of a jobber
>special genes
I don't know why you're playing along with this guy
Because if I let him say this retarded shit people might believe it
Jojolion is good again? After Vitamin C its dropped to part 6 or even part first half of part 4.
Daiya dies, Yasuho dumps Gappy and Gappy goes to jail.
Reminds me of this
>If he had trained for a few more years he could have been a somebody instead of a jobber
[citation needed]
The point is, If you work hard enough and train your ass off you can get that Aztec fitness goddess, anons. I can and so can you. Genetics mean nothing, we live in an age of plastic surgery
Finally my man Joshu get some pussy.
He was already set on the path to be Tompetty’s successor, and he was still fairly young for a Hamon user
He could have been like above Lisa Lisa tier, maybe even Young Joseph-tier
I’ve seen clips of the bluray version on youtube. I’m sure someone’s dumped them somewhere
Kaleb is probably the best because his videos come across as conversation starters, whereas the others want their videos to be to beginning and end of discussions, because they think they figured out the truth. Then there's this guy I keep seeing called shuckmeister, and every one of his videos I saw, I had to ask myself what the purpose of them was
>SBR was the set up for jojolion
>1-6 were the setup for SBR
>this was the story he always wanted to tell
Araki is an absolute force
>JoJolion: The End Is Near
Finally, I couldn't tollerate it anymore.
Yeah, there's not much I can argue with here. Personally I would switch 5 and 6, but great tastes nonetheless
He said daiya retard, California king bed
7 > 4 > 8 > 5 > 2 > 3 > 1 > 6
Nah it’s still ages away from the end.
How much fighting could possibly happen in 5 days?
Same, I'm a huge yes fan, and it's because I was driving home from work one day, listening to my radio, and they announced that because yes was going on tour for their 50th anniversary, they were doing a half hour uninterrupted block of their songs. First up was roundabout, I already knew that from the memes at that point. Then came starship trooper, then they finished up with heart of the sunrise. After that, they became one of my favorite bands
That, along with her big, blind tits make her my ideal waifu
Just look at Golden Wind, the entire part takes place in just a couple of days
As much as Araki wants. The real time duration of Vento Aureo is 9 days, and they pretty much fucked up the whole country.
That’s just until the harvest itself, the actual final battle will probably be after that. Keep in mind that Part 5 was set over only like a single week, and SBR’s entire final third is set in a single day.
>implying its 10cm
its worded correctly with what little was shown back then. How the fuck was the forest fire 10cm?
Nicely done
That reminds me, which part had the most collateral damage? It has to be either 5 or 6 right?
With 5, Rome gets fucked. TWICE. Once by greenway, then silver chariot requiem fucks some more shit up
Then 6 has bohemian rhapsody all over the world, c moon fucks up a 3 km radius in Florida, then many people had to have died during made in heaven
He set tsurugis origami on fire
>After Vitamin C its dropped
Wrong
It's improved after Vitamin C
I would argue it's getting even better now
why didnt that hurt tsurugi though? ARAAAAAKIIIIIIIIIII
Why does Araki enjoy bullying Norisuke so much?
Oh my I am stupid whoops
He can set it kind of like Killer Queen’s bombs. He touched Tsurugi’s origami to prime it, then Tsurugi sent the origami out to orchard where Jobin ignited it.
I don't think the origami is the actual stand itself? Just what he always uses his Stand on? Like the papers from Enigma (which he's probably inspired by from some degree)?
Part 6 for sure, which says a lot
but remember when he got all fucked up cause that other rock human stepped on the folded Yasuho cellphone?
>Tsurugi had the phone and the FFF mark the whole time
holy shit
I even forgot about heavy weather
He probably just released his control on the origami since he made multiple. Applying it to the new origami just before the old one catches alight.
Oh shit that’s clever. I’m glad we have high IQ individuals like you to explain shit like this to us brainlets, because I didn’t realize this at all
No, pillar women would look like this:
>fanart bimbos are more canon than Araki's art
Ok reatard
>Pillarwomen
>Posts random women with tattoos
>Not ripped amazons
Come on now
He mostly just posts meme videos. His weekly edits of the new part 5 episodes are alright, but his jojo related opinions are garbage and he propagates a lot of misconceptions and unintentionally false statements when he tries to be serious.
His “X times Araki Forgot” (or something like that) video is horrendous, and most of the things he calls out Araki for forgetting is just him not understanding anything.
youtube.com
Excuse me, you said something?
Im thinking the yugioh amazoness fits better. (the muscled ones, notl kawaii-uguu)
Part 7 has Johnny start Vietnam
Yeah I went back to check the moment it was shown, and yep, there it was all along
It's funny, I kind of expected his hand to never be in the shot, but no, Araki just puts it there.
Wonder how it will turn out in color/animated. Doppio hiding in that crowd was sneaky as fuck originally, but adding color and then animation made it stupidly obvious that it changed how that whole scene hit.
where was this in the manga?
>fananime bimbos are more canon than Araki's art
Ok reatard
>now at that tree over the wall eyes.
What? Where? I completely missed this.
