Well, I think Zucchan is invested in things she is interested in, like DoReShi, Hibiki, WITH, Oshamatorikusu and ULTRA MEGA MIX COLLECTION, and aren't really passionate about other stuff. Like, she's kinda selfish in that way, though not nearly as much as Seriko.

Honestly, I feel like it's just Shin and Louis plotlines that are treated accordingly, not the MAIN plot.
I mean, even in RL Prism World stuff was just a setting that allowed for June's story, not the main part of the plot, as by itself it didn't matter to anyone else, except for Rinne and didn't matter much until the last cour. Looking at it like that, you're basically asking to give the designated MC more focus than the rest, when RL strength lied in treating characters equally (if they aren't named Ann or Otoha anyway).

They're both pretty controversial shows. A lot of people call prichan boring and watered down Pripara with no plot, and Stars tries too hard with plot and drama that frequently feels frustrating to watch. That said, many people do still like both shows despite their flaws, people that like prichan still find it very fun, and Stars has amazing characters you'll love no matter how dumb the plot gets. Personally I'd say watch Stars, just be prepared for some dumb shit later on.

In episode 87 / 88, you see the demure Ajimi, soft-spoken with no enders. She communicates easily with Kurukuru-chan. I wonder if this is Ajimi’s true heart or true nature (underneath her hyperactive side). Maybe this is Lovely or Natural type. Maybe an Ajimi like this exists in a parallel world somewhere in the Prettyverse.
In 140 you see the Ajimi forcing herself to act and speak like a normal lady teacher. It is the forced/fake version of what you see in 87 / 88.
I think the 87 / 88 Ajimi is truly ‘NT’ because she naturally acts and speaks like a normal girl after being bopped on the head. (I think it implies that she has mental problems that are ‘cured’ temporarily. Well, I can see that as being a little offensive potentially.)
In 140 she tries hard to act like a normal girl to please Kurukuru-chan, but she isn’t being herself. Frustration builds and she has meltdown at the end of the episode with enders exploding everywhere.
(The message is to just be yourself, and try to get along or tolerate with people you disagree with. Kurukuru-chan dislikes her, but is still able to ask her a favour, she knows she is a good teacher.)

This is a fairly common anime trope, where a bump on the head drastically changes a character's personality. Characters usually prefer it at first but then miss how that character usually act because they love them for who they are, warts and all. The first example that comes to mind is YuruYuri, which has an episode where Kyouko calms the fuck down and stops breaking the rules in minor fun ways and at first people think it's nice that she's less of a selfish troublemaker but eventually grow to miss her real self.
I don't think it's necessarily the "dropped on your head causing stupidity/mental issues" thing. I mean, it kind of is, but not in a really spiteful way.
