11/10 movie. 7 arcs still has the touch and is one of the best anime studios still when they put in real effort and time. The action choreography blows even the first movie away, hell it is the best I've seen in the past half decade. Battle anime and manga series wish they could look as detailed, visually stunning, flows so naturally and smooth, and pull off cool aerial dogfights.
Also love how barrier jackets are shown to tank stuff like actual barrier jacket even without active magical barriers. The sonic movements move in a slow-mo world as they should, unlike what happened in StrikerS. And accelerator is a whole new level of speedblitz.
