Lucky Star would be my personal pick, I really like the show but I also think Konata and Kagami would play-off well against a crossover cast
The last one I wouldn't know for sure. Hidamari sketch seems like a good contender but I haven't seen the show so I can't say for certain. Nichijo would feel out of place I think, it works best in its own world.

To answer your question: the point of Isekai Quartet is to show how insane the characters are through outside perspectives and conflict with each other. SOL characters are more grounded (ie. similar) and SOL doesn't like conflict.
