You can say it's gay, sure, but you would be talking out of your ass for the most part, actual gay manga has very little overlap with how Jojo looks. But why are you calling it gay? If it's not the proportions, and not the artstyle, then what are you complaining about? The clothing? It changes throughout the series but it will always be flamboyant as it's based on fashion designers and roman sculptures that both focus on the human body.
