4- In a dark series where the main character is incredibly flawed and we're constantly presented with characters that feel very fleshed out Emilia is one of the most perfect characters. This is not a compliment
5- Emilia, despite wanting to become the leader of the country one day, never does any leading.
6- Emilia made a contract with a spirit that can destroy the world, that says that if she dies that spirit will destroy the world. It is established both parties must know the contents of the contract before agreeing to it. This is never addressed in any meaningful way.
7- Emilia's childishness nets her "innocence", "Naivety" and "Purity", but none of the negative traits that usually come with it like "Rashness/Impulsiveness" and "Emotional instability" These are traits that someone the mental age of Emilia, around 14-15 would likely have, or at least a couple of them.

Emilia mentions that when she woke up from being frozen in ice, Puck was the one who found her and mentioned he was looking for her for so long. It’s theorized they Puck is actually her father who was turned into a spirit by Echidna.

I don't really want to get into this shit again because apparently there's morons floating around, but as the story presents it, Subaru and Echidna both consider the idea that everytime he loops he actually jumps to an alternate universe to be essentially a bad end in and of itself, as it would render everything he's been doing essentially meaningless and potentially cause other issues. Circumstantially, it doesn't make sense that Satella would just send him to another universe where she isn't (another version of her is, she wouldn't be much of a 'jealous' witch if she was willing to just let other versions of her have him) and this is roughly how Subaru sees it, so he thinks it's more likely to be a hard reset on a single universe and there aren't weird aborted worlds floating around with potentially an infinite number of extra universe-jumping Satellas in them.

I don't understand half of this sentence, but as I said, she's perfect in the sense that she has no flaws, this makes her bland and uninteresting. Subaru is filled to the brim with character flaws and we see him fuck up time and time again because of them, and it's entertaining as hell to watch Subaru when he succumbs to rage and strangles a clown, or when he's at his wits end and starts running away screaming he doesn't want to die. Other characters also have their flaws, Roswaal has tunnel vision and would gladly throw people under the bus for his master keikaku, Ram is stubborn and mean. Rem is obsessive to an unhealthy degree and easily throws away her own life, etc. My point is, Emilia has no flaws, she's perfect, this is not a good thing.

Yes, it is. Subaru knows this happens but never questions it, not even once. My complaint is the fact that it's never properly addressed, Emilia is never reprimanded for having A NUKE tied to her own life and how that got Subaru killed multiple times. This is a problem with the author, he never addresses the problems with Emilia and he always portrays her as perfect, without a single flaw.
