Color weekly chapters are unlikely to return, they're with Kimetsu now, and will almost certainly be moving on to something other series after that. Color volumes stopped at 10 for whatever reason, and we have no idea if or when they'll resume.

The problem is the question of the rights to the anime. Xebec presumably had at last some sort of right of first refusal for more anime in their contract with Jump, if not the rights period for a set amount of time. We don't know if that transferred with the part of the company that was sold to Sunrise, reverted to their parent company which also owns Production I.G., or were just voided. So while more OVAs would be more likely than another series, the big question remains of who would make it.

I was a little unsure here and whether to call it secret technique or leave it as "ougi" we used ougi not secret technique back when she used the ability in chapter 137, but it was a small part of the ability name, not part of the dialogue, so it seemed okay to translate it to secret technique for clarity.
Also I intentionally swapped bubbles 2 and 3 for better flow in English.

For dialogue bubbles, “secret technique” probably does better as not everyone will know what an ougi is. For the technique name being displayed in a panel alongside the technique, it’s probably better to leave it as ougi, especially if it’s “Chuuma Ninjutsu Ougi” again like it was in 137.

The author made the characters so powerfull there was no way he could explain it without destroying a country or somehting, so he used powerlevels.
The author needed a way to quantify some of the power gaps without having people blow away cities or mountains or something, so he used power levels. Don't worry about it too much. It's ultimately a measure of how much MP they have, not how good they are in a fight. So while it's important it's not so simple as higher number always beats lower number.
