Probably not as you want to see it. The traditional animation workflow just isn't a thing anymore, and the industry's grown massively so talent is spread wafer-thin and padded out with peon slaves; you don't get big masses of talented animators anymore. Since digital art has completely taken hold, the winners will be those who can work within severe restriction, or those who can innovate with the new possibilities digital has. You're mainly seeing the development of those groups in cinema rather than TV animation and the like.

Most disappointing of part 5 is that none of this matters. Literally NOTHING in part 5 matters to the overarching story unlike every other Jojo.

PART 5 MEANT FUCKING NOTHING. We learned nothing that influenced the story in other parts, none of the characters mattered, and worst of all, villain made no fucking sense and was defeated by a bigger asspull than even Jotaro's win over Dio, which was a sin.

They’re separate parts for a reason

Part 2 caps off the Vampire storyline and has characters, established events, and references to organizations that influence the events in part 3 and beyond.

Part 4 couldn't happen without part 2 because Josuke is Joseph's father, the fact that Hamon keeps you young for a long time wouldn't have been introduced, the origin and end to the Vampire storyline in part 1 wouldn't have been known, and the context/set up for part 3 would be unknown. Part 2 very much finished part 1 and leads into part 3/4 even if the shift in battle mechanics and enemies changed from hamon/vamps to just stands.

Part explains how stands were made, expounds on Dio's global influence and network of stand users that were established and left after his death, and continues to follow the leading cast and family from the previous parts with previous events and information learned affecting what we know in part 4. Also Part 4's introduction of stand arrows and stand users being attracted to eachother is used extensively in the next 2 parts and even referenced in Part7/8 with the Eye Wall and Devils Palm taking the Arrows place.

You can't delete Parts 2 or 4 and get full context and understanding for the things we know in all parts that come after them. However you can finish part 4 and pick up the Rohan sequels or part 6 and there is literally nothing learned, any character introduced, or any aspect even referenced in part 5 in ANY other part of Jojo. Its a completely isolated indecent both internally and externally.

Delete part 5 and Jojo actually seems like a more cohesive overarching narrative because Jolenes story picks up and is connected to part 4 MORE then part 5

Literally the ONLY aspect of part 5 that is referenced ANYWHERE outside of its own part, is a small blurb in the chapter about DIOS FUCKING SONS INFLUENCED BY THEIR FATHERS RESURRECTION that just says Giorno must be doing something
