Neon is probably based on Trish(and Diavolo) somewhat and Nen on Hamon and Stands. But most others are wrong.

Explain. Nen has more variety than Hamon iirc, and Nen Beasts only come into play with the most recent arc. Even when comparing Nen Beasts of the Princes to Stands, they only have superficial similarities. Currently, the Nen Beasts are more of a puzzle for the characters to solve than a power system.
While Togashi probably got ideas from Araki, I'd hesitate to call it ripping him off. Do you not get that all writers take influence from their predecessors? If that wasn't the case then genres would not exist.
