To be honest the longer the manga runs the more I agree with this.
It's not the animators that are the problem, J.C. Staff is a very capable studio. The problem is that the directors, sound designers, and whoever does the color palette are shit at their jobs. When that dude Aoki does a scene, it usually looks pretty good, because he's actually competent and cares about what he's making.
